SFL - MUST WATCH EDITION 

We're now two weeks deep into the SFL season and so far things are holding true to expectations for most. Obviously it's a small sample size, but a lot can be said about two early games for a team.

     Week 2 had the Jets host the Browns on Monday Night Football. Earlier in the week Coach Brown said "We can't make mistakes against this team if we do, then it'll be a long night." Well Sam Darnold and company heard what Neal Brown had to say as the offense had 0 turnovers. Darnold was 14-28 passing with 219 yards and 1 touchdown.      Week 1 was a struggle for the New York Jets offense as new head coach Neal Brown took over in the offseason. Coach Brown said in the post game interview "It wasn't pretty but it sure did get the job done." The Jets only had a total of 201 yards passing, and 85 yards rushing, 286 yards all together. Leveon Bell and the running game had a very weak start with 5 rushes for -1 yard, but after that had 18 carries for 78 yards total...

The SFL season has finally kicked off and we've seen the first wave of action come and go. Team's set the tone to begin their season, some good and some bad, but no one is out of it yet.

In the opening week of the SFL season the Arizona Cardinals welcomed the Detroit Lions. Just a year ago Head Coach Justyn Byrd left the Philadelphia Eagles after winning his first championship of his coaching career with the team, no one is exactly sure why Coach Byrd left the city after birthing a championship but rumors came out this past summer that Byrd wanted more control over things happenong in the front office but was not granted his wish. The Browns looked really sharp in the home opener against the Titans. Chubb and Darkwa combined for 200 yrds rushing and 2 tds. ODB be had 7 for 100 and a td. Baker Had 200+ yds passing 2 tds no t.o's. And finally Myles Garrett Had 7 qb tackles and a force fumble for one of the all time great performances by a DE.
