The day has finally come. Trubisky, after being selected second overall in 2017 by Chicago out of North Carolina has found himself becoming a free agent heading into the 2021 season. This doesn't come as much of a surprise, as Trubisky was benched only 4 games into the season this year in favor of Nick Foles. It seems the Bears just weren't interested in extending Trubisky for another contract, and the 26 year old will have to look for other options throughout the league. 

The bengals finished the season with a 2-14 record and now have the third pick in this years draft. 
 

the team was prepared to lose though its not very fun, it's what the franchise thought they needed going forward. Bengals have also been in trade talks to add more talent or more draft selections. The plan is to compete next season, or atleast play the games and hope for the best.

The AFC side of things will continue a hard fought rivalry between two AFC North teams with the Cleveland Browns hosting the Baltimore Ravens. Baker Mayfield and company were able to squeak out a divisional title and it's paying off here as they'll enjoy some home cooking before looking to punch their ticket to the Superbowl.

The playoffs are in full form here in the first season of the SFL cycle and the NFC is looking for it's reprentative for the 2020 Superbowl.
