Finishing the season with a 6-10 record the Carolina Panthers went into the draft with the luxury of a top 5 selection.
They came out of 2018 with a few needs to fulfill and although they didn't have the cap room to do so in free agency they did have a slew of early round draft picks at their disposal.
Here's how the Carolina Panthers 2019 SFL Draft went down:
Round 1 - MLB - Ronnie Polite - 6'2" - 22 - 242lbs - Wisconsin

In our last blog we touched on the offense needs, this one is for the defense.
We start with the defensive line, jurrell casey, Aaron Lynch, and Jordan Willis combined for 32 qb tackles last season. That’s great production as Willis was the only one of the three to make the pro bowl. After losing veteran akeem hicks at DT (9 QB tackles) the titans look to throw Daquan jones in to replace hicks jones has had the starting job before but...

The 2018 season is now behind us, the Houston Texans captured themselves a championship in what would be caterogorized as an "ESPN Classic" and now teams are trying to recreate their blueprint.
Free Agency has come and gone, teams have addressed some needs but others still have some gaps that need to be filled. That's where the NFL Draft comes into play and dreams are fulfilled for the young NFL hopefuls.
The draft is unpredictable but that's the bea...

In a press conference yesterday, the Los Angeles Rams head coach Ahkbar X made it clear that former #1 pick Jared Goffs starting spot was not guaranteed for next season. “We are evaluating lots of positions this off-season, quarterback being one of them.” When asked if forer UCLA standout Brett Hundley was brought in to compete for a starting job here was coaches answer “ Brett was definitely brought in to compete for a starting job, while we improved dramatically last ye...

Every mock draft is different. This one is no
different. Sit back grab some coffee or egg noggin as I try
to predict what teams might do in the 2019 SFL Draft.
The Cowboys made some bold moves trading away Ezekiel Elliot to get into the #1 spot previously owned by the K...

Predictions of the upcoming season:
AFC East:
Jets: 11-5
Bills: 10-6
Patriots: 9-7
Dolphins: 4-12
Jets win this division, the Jets, Patriots and Bills beat on each other, taking one a piece, and they beat the Dolphins every game they play him. Having played all three, I see it being a crap shoot for who wins the division, as they are all three skillful, but I think that Jets and Bill...

The Colts season had a few highs, and plenty of lows. The overall attitude around the organization is, "We can do better."
This shouldn't be the motto coming into this new season. The defense started to show up near the end of the season, and the offense got it together against some of the more difficult opponents they played.
The highs - The Colts beat the Texans, Patriots, and Jets. All Patriots won the superbowl last seas...

This is the offseason list detailing those who have been active between the previous active list up until now. These will be eligible for review during the course of the offseason, but not much, if anything is expected to be changed except for if something was added or not added due to error. I've decided because LB (Bills) has been super active for the entire time, even during a dead period when inactivity was prevalent, he'll be allowed a 3rd trade this off-season. For those who ...

After going 8-8 and missing out the playoffs just a year ago, the Bengals took a step in the right direction in the 2018 season. The team went 10-6, earned 1st place in the AFC North, and came out with the teams first playoff win in years. Not to mention the Bengals were only a yard away from going to the AFC championship. One of the biggest discoveries of 2018 is the late emergence of 2nd year back Joe Mixon, he went on a 2nd half season spree of 100+ yard games and finished with 1,030 ya...
