Congrats to the newly crowned Indianapolis Colts, they captured their first championship in SFL history. While the parade seems short lived with the Colts wrapping things up just a mere 2 days ago, they'll likely be back on the grind with the other 31 owners as the off-season comes into focus.
For those who don't check chat often (or just need a reminder) this is how the schedule will break down:
Re-Sign Period Ends - Tuesday (Nov. 6th) @ 9pm ...

The Houston Texans first season did not end the way Coach Chan and his team wanted it to end, but there is hope for the future. The Texans were defeated by the emerging Indianapolis Colts, who ultimately won the Super Bowl, by a walk off field goal.
When asked about the close game, Coach Chan at the podium stated, “Yeah we knew going into the game it was going to be a good one with Coach Deme. We split the regular season series, so it was only right the victor advanc...

The first season of this cycle saw a Texans team finish with a 13-3 record and ultimately the first seed in the AFC, with one of the league’s best all around defenses and one of the most efficient offenses leading them to the covenant first round bye.
The Defense: the defense was the strength of this team and rightfully so. With playmakers all over the field, this defense was ranked 4th in the league in terms of yardage given up. If you take...

Injuries killed us all season long, key players like Tyreek Hill (season) Kareem hunt (second half) Anthony hitchens (4 games) all year long it seems like someone new was getting hurt. But players like Chris Conley (pro bowl) Dewey McCdonald and Ron Park...

As the season winds down some teams are looking to make that playoff push, while others are entering draft mode a bit earlier than most.
The draft is one of the most exciting periods of the SFL season, one where the bottom dwellers can make a name for themselves with a few solid picks, or dynastys can be formed or reloaded.
Each season I like to take a look at each team, attempt to put myself in their shoes and make a decision that could change the course of their franchises.<...

Three games remaining on the season for the chiefs. Two home games and a road game against the Seahawks.
Next week is a huge matchup. Home against division rival chargers for the division lead. We got the win to start the season vs the Chargers but only being a game up on them this could be the biggest game of the year.
We finish up the season at home with the raiders. Holding onto the 2nd seed in...

The Los Angeles Rams will have another weapon back at their disposal this week as Defensive End Aaron Donald has been cleared to play. The 4 year vet suffered a torn shoulder in week 8 that kept him sidelined through Los Angeles' week 12 bye. Reports have stated that Donald looks just as he was before the injury, and coach Charles and the Rams couldn't be happier.
"We can't wait to see Aaron back on the field and in the face of our opposition," said Coach C...
