Pythagorean Win Expectancy. This adds up all of a team’s opponents’
Pythagorean Win Expectancy (scoring margin) to show how hard a
schedule truly was. Scoring margin is a better indicator of team

Pythagorean Win Expectancy. You've heard the spiel by now: point
differential is a better indicator of future success than previous
won-loss record, blah blah blah. If you need a refresher,

Who's ready for some advance stats? Let's talk about how to
evaluate quarterbacks. Take a look at Adjusted Yards per
Attempt:
AY/A - (pass yards + 20*(pass TD) - 45*(interceptions
thrown))/(passing attempts).
This stat has proven to be very indicative of quality QB play
over time. Where as more common stats like yards per attempt and
quarterback rating can be misleading and/or have arbitrary
