Niners just can't get out of their own way. In a must have game, San Fran couldn't muster up the needed stops to get off the field . In what turned out to be one of Rookie QB Jake Bentley performances, going 20-38 404 yards and a qb rating of 107.7. It was his last incomplete pass that was the difference. Looking for his HB out of the backfield the pass was tipped away to seal the Seattle win. Mostert turned in another fine rushing day, breaking the 100 yard mark again but to no avail. The de...[ Continue reading ]

It was the tail of two halves! San Frans defense started out on fire. The 1st quarter they could do no wrong, then the Vikings offense got it together and made it a game. After a pick 6 by Kwon Alexander and a 2nd int by Alexander the Niners D was feeling themselves. Cook was in check, King was doubting himself everything was on track. Then Adam Thielen said he can't cover me and they were off to the races. San Fran just couldn't get off the field on 3rd down, time after time the Vikings would p...[ Continue reading ]

With the coaching staff all but having given up on Jimmy G, the Niners couldn't muster any offense behind rookie Jake Bentley. The late season switch is taking some getting use to as the Rookie QB, tries to show the coaches and the team that he belongs. Everything can't be placed on his shoulders as none of his skill positions gave the young fella any help. Relievers repeatedly dropped catchable passes that were on the line. The Niners ground game was nonexistent for a better part of the game. E...[ Continue reading ]

Niners and Texans kicked off last week it seems but we're finally able to end the madness with the Texans coming out victorious. During the 1st installment, the Texans raced out to 14pts 1st quarter lead only to have the lights go out, along with their momentum. On the restart the Niners rolled off 13pts of their own to tie the game and looked to be in the driver's seat only to have the lights go out again. After another start, the Texans found the endzone to take the lead. The Niners were on...[ Continue reading ]

Mostert started where he left off last season having a big 1st half that saw him find the endzone in the 1st quarter. From there the defense played an excellent game picking off Stafford 4 times, twice in the red zone for pick 6's. Mostert finished the game with a paltry 187 yards on 16 carries and 3 touchdowns. Jimmy G. Is the game manager we thought he was, after throwing an early pick the Niners all but took the game out of his hands as he still is not living up to the hype. Defensively the ...[ Continue reading ]

After a season riddled with transition, it’s fair to say the New England Patriots overachieved in 2020. What was set up to be a sure failure, ended up being nothing of the sort. The Cam Newton experiment went surprisingly well & players used their extended season to improv...
