Niners just can't get out of their own way. In a must have game, San Fran couldn't muster up the needed stops to get off the field . In what turned out to be one of Rookie QB Jake Bentley performances, going 20-38 404 yards and a qb rating of 107.7. It was his last incomplete pass that was the difference. Looking for his HB out of the backfield the pass was tipped away to seal the Seattle win. Mostert turned in another fine rushing day, breaking the 100 yard mark again but to no avail. The defense took the day off as they had no answer for the Seattle passing game. Timely deep routes and this guy named Gronk repeatedly killed on 3rd down. Even with more than tight coverage the big TE caught everything thrown his way. Time to start focusing on the off-season as some tough decisions will have to be made.
