As it does every year, teams are battling with father time as well as underveloped and underperformng players, which keeps things interesting come this time of year. New faces will find new places to call home, long term players will find themselves with new weapons and next season yet another champion remains to be crowned.

The Chargers season ended in the AFC Divisional Round at the hands of the current champ and SB winner, New England Patriots 29-26.
