Going forward dev text scenarios will be turned off. Dev text have been seen as a way for somoene to spam that player and both the team with a dev text and the opponent Dev upgrades going forward will be given out at week 9 and week 17. Devs will be given on based on season stats up until that period. Devs will be based on gameplay and seasonal stats, however players who are spammed will not be given any dev upgrade.
