Restructuring Options:
Section 1. Salary Cap Adjustments
1. Every two years you can ask the commish team to reduce 1 contract by 20%.
a) Player selected must be signed for more than 1 years.
b) Player cannot be in their first year of their current deal.
c) Player cannot be traded during the term of the contract.
Section 2. Cap Penalty Exception Clause
1. You may select one player to reduce signing bonus to $0 to trade or cut.
a) Player must be cut or traded immediately upon the request.
b) If cut the player cannot be resigned by the team that used the cap penalty exception unless 3 weeks passes without the player being signed by other teams.
c) If traded the player cannot be traded back to the original team using the cap penalty exception.
