1.0 General Rules
1.1 Commissioner Team (Anthony, Chris, Dustin, Medi, Preston)
1.2 Only 1 team per user
1.3 Coaches Only
1.4 League is a Simulation league
1.5 7 minute quarters
1.6 Injuries are turned off during sim game
1.7 46 man rosters
1.8 All-Madden
1.9 Chat communication used is GroupME
1.10 48hr advances during the regular season. Advance Time is 9EST. Please do not schedule a game 15 min before advance without Commish approval
1.11 Please schedule your game in the first 24hrs and plan to play within the first 48hrs. DM your opponent if he is not responding in group
1.12 Once weekly game has been scheduled please update in group to keep everyone "in the loop"
1.13 If a scheduled time is agreed upon and a user doesn't follow through the opposing team will be given force win
1.14 Playoff Schedule is 24hr advance. ( We do not want to sim a playoff game but league must stay moving)
1.15 Off-season schedule will be at the discretion of the commish team to keep the league moving forward
1.16 Draft will be on Saturdays to give the most people possible a chance to participate
2.0 Gameplay Rules
2.1 Offense
2.11 Cannot run same play 2x in a row on offense, even if its run from a different formation
2.12 Different formations but same play, still counts as the same play
2.13 No huddle can only be used in the last 2 mins of the 2nd and 4th quarter or when down by 14pts at any time in the second half.
2.14 Motioned players must be set before the ball can be snapped.
2.15 4th down rules
2.151 4th and 3 at anytime during game
2.152 You can go for it anytime on opponent's side of field
2.153 Anytime on 4th when trailing by 2 scores or trailing in the 4th quarter
2.16 You may go for 2pt conversions at any time unless up by 2 scores or more
2.17 Due to the 4th down rules, you cannot fake a punt/field goal more than 1x in a game.
2.2 Defense
2.21 3 man rush minimum. Spy does not count.
2.3 General
2.31 It is required that every game is streamed in the league. Away team must stream the game unless it is agreed upon that the home team will stream. Failure to stream will result in player suspension.
2.32 If the stream is causing the game to lag then kill the stream to prevent loss of connection with the permission of the commish team
2.33 If the game makes an error, it is up to the two users to correct the error. Be fair to your opponent and do the right thing.
2.34 Mercy rule. Once a team gets up by 35. The chew clock must be turned on by the winning team. Once up by 42 The losing team can concede. If the losing team decides to continue the game. Then he must understand the winning team could score again. Once a lead is 50 or more. it's a concede! Game over then.
2.35 Do not call timeouts to extend the clock if the game is over. If your opponent is not calling timeout in the 4th quarter the game is likely over.
2.36 Custom playbooks are allowed.
2.37 Do not revolve your offense predominantly around one play (ie stretch, counter, dig) if you are running "CHEESE" plays that are known to be overpowered for the majority of the game you will be warned. If it continues there will be a penalty. *CHEESE is defined by the commissioners.
2.38 Commish team has stage discretion to ban any plan that is considered a glitch play
2.4 Rules Violation
1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - highest rated player on offense or Defense suspended for 1 game( player will be decided by commissioners and opponent).
3rd offense - Game loss.
4th offense - 3 Game loss.

3.0 Team Management Rules
3.1 Salary Cap and Cap Penalty are on and are upheld
3.2 Salary Cap is strictly enforced and no team is allowed to be negative by week 1 of the regular season.
3.3 Initial FA signing will be a draft and each team may pick one FA if they choose to. The order will be the reverse order of team selection.
3.4 You can edit any player position if available to move via depth chart. Example moving a LT to RT via depth chart CB to S. You cannot move a Safety to LB or WR to TE.
3.41 If you move a CB to S they can not be used as a Sub LB
3.5 Restructuring Options:
3.51 Salary Cap Adjustments
3.52 During season 1 you can ask the commish team to reduce 1 contract by 20%.
3.53 Player selected must be signed for more than 1 years.
3.54 Player cannot be traded during the term of the contract.
3.6 Trades
3.61 All trades must be approved by the commish team
3.62 Once a trade is sent to the commish team it is considered agreed upon and must be conducted if the commish team approves the terms
3.63 A single player can not be traded more than 2 times per season
3.64 Each owner will be limited to 4 trades per season
