Apologies if this is somewhere else, but what is happening with Madden 19 and also the Companion App?
Is there a target date for league migration and App launch?

This is still an ongoing issue. No game logs or career stats showing for players. Everything was fine in Madden 16, but good ol' EA had to go and mess around with it, didn't they.

I'm going to say it: the Madden Companion app is a load of crap. We have every right to expect better from an organisation the size of EA.

I'd like to see a number of things in respect of stats.

1. I'd like the standings to export properly to Daddyleagues.
2. I'd like to see box scores and times of scores exported - or recorded on the league schedule in the game (problem with running up the score issues).
3. I'd like the interface between DL and ps4 to go back to what it was: the app that EA launched is a bit hit and miss.
4. I'd like "momentum" to be toned down - seems to have a big effect in games.
5. I'd like dodgy PI calls to be eliminated -  eg uncatchable passes called for PI at the moment
6. I'd like random challenges to be fixed (sometimes the game claims you have challenged something when in fact you haven't done anything!)
7. I'd like challenges fixed in general. "Booth challenges" should only be in line with NFL rules and "there is nothing to challenge" and lack of reviews inside the final 2 mins should be eliminated.
8. Commish rights to tone down confidence. XP and confidence have caused CCM leagues so many problems. The weak get weaker and the strong get stronger. This just encourages the weaker players to leave.
9. I'd like to see the old pre-season drills return, when you could complete tasks to boost attributes by a point or two.
10. I'd also like to see XP removed and replaced by progression/regression but doubt that will ever happen now.
11. I'd also like to see EA pay more attention to their CCM customers instead of chasing the dollar with MUT stuff.

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but the league standings in our league are wrong in a couple of areas:

The points for and points against show low values and are not YTD for the season;
The streaks have random numbers against them, such as "255".

I'd like to see the App available for a pc. And I would like to be able to sync everything from the Daddyleagues site as we used to do.

Same as many others - I get error messages all the time and even when it says it has updated the rosters, it actually hasn't and players are still showing up injured that no longer are.

Done, but I doubt it will make much difference. It's obvious they couldn't care less.

The silence is deafening. So much for it dropping with the new patch. Are we surprised? No..
Out of EA's top 100 Madden priorities, I'd say 95% of them were to do with MUT, their cash cow.

I think it would be entirely reaosnable to ask EA for an update / ETA for the app. I'd wager no clear answer will be given.

Just wondered whether EA has given a timescale on this? My fears are that this is not going to happen.

Will be very disappointing if EA coding issues sink another site like this, as they have done before.

Three things for me:

1. Get rid of these idiotic drive goals. They are utter nonsense. Imagine the scene: Belichick to Brady: "Now go out there Tom, complete 3 straight passes and your confidence will go up!". In any event, they don't make sense because you will be inside the 2 minute warning, losing the game and the drive goal could be something like "rush for 30 yards".

2. Bring back progression instead of XP. Why? Because for CCM leagues, stuff like this kills it and makes the strong stronger and the weak weaker. It also encourages non-sim play, as people strive to build up XP and do things they wouldn't normally in a "sim" game.

3. Bring back man-to-man assignments, where you can designate CB A to cover Receiver X throughout the game.

The league has been going since Madden 10 and is in its 26th season.

All the + and - signs have disappeared to the left of a player's name in the "Search player" function. Why? It was useful to scroll down the list and click which ones you wanted to compare. What's happened to it and can we have it back please?

The EAFL has one vacancy for Madden 16. We are a European-based PS4 sim league and play two games per week. In order to play in this league, you need to be prepared to play at "European" times in the evenings.

We will be entering our 24th season when Madden 16 commences.

Here is an example of what can happen to confidence:

Result: Cleveland 35-3 Chicago. Below are two Cleveland players post game:

Johnny Manziel, 12/15, 179 yds, 2 TD. 0 INTs. "I had a terrible game!" -3 confidence.

John Potter (K) -Missed FG. -8 confidence.
Problem with this is he didn't have a FG try all game.

So it seems even when you win, you still get problems. The whole thing was very badly set up by EA in the first place. Let's hope they have fixed in for M16. Even if they have, no doubt there will be something else......
