1) I would like them to bring back player personalty types. I know I may be one of the few that want it back but there are improvements you can make. Diva personalities, make them harmful to the chemistry of your team. They may have great stats, but at what cost do you need that playmaker. Veteran's could provide a boost to the chemistry. Locker Room Leader could help keep Diva and other harmful personalities in check.

2) Expand on Coordinators. Bring back DC and OC. I wouldn't mind it if you went into the smaller positions as well like Quarterback and Defensive Back. These can help the different types of players you have available. Your OC may like Speedy backs, but your Running Backs coach may be better suited at training Power Backs. It adds depth to the game. And if the coordinators are doing well, they can be hot candidates for coaching vacancies.

3) Salaries and Contracts. Bring back front loading and back loading of the contracts. Allow us to offer bonuses and incentives.  Give us some flexibility to rework a deal with a player.

4) Bring on the expansion draft. Since the franchise mode lasts 25 years, make an expansion draft once every 10 years. This could provide a unique way to expand upon CFM. It will also be interesting to see how the new players acclimate to the league.

5) PreGame formation subs. I would like to be able to set certain players for certain positions. Being able to do this at the home page, and not in game will streamline the game.

6) Scouting and Draft. Be able to hold visits to your team. Creating a draft board so people offline in CFM can try and get the picks they want.

7) Defensive assignments. I'd like to determine who covers who,  my LB sometimes get stuck covering a WR, and it's lights out.
