•    Once you find an agreed upon time, one of the owners must create a calendar event when the game is expected to be played. If there are no games on the calendar window after at the 48 hour mark, the league will advance.

4.0 Players Union
The players union will consist of four owners within the league to help vote and decide things within the league. Any decision that has been made by the league office that an owner feels is unfair, may request a review of the players union. A member of the players union will reach out to the members involved to hear their side of the story. The union then will then vote in favor of enforcing or overturning the ruling. Below is a list of rulings that can be requested by the players union to review
A)    Trade Denial
B)    Rule Breaking
C)    Player/Owner Punishment
If a union member is involved in any of these situations, they will be excused from the voting process in order to create a fair and balanced system. In the result of a tie, the league office will maintain the fifth and final vote.

5.0 Gameplay Rules - OFFENSE
5.1 Mix up your play calling & formations offensively and defensively while staying realistic with your play calling. Ratio of no less than 25% - 75% run - pass or pass - run ratio in all your games.
5.2 QB Movement - Sprinting toward the line of scrimmage with your QB after he has rolled out to either direction will be a declaration of intent to run. Players must either commit to the run or throw the ball away. Continuing a roll out of with the QB, taking an angle towards the sideline but with a direct path not across the line of scrimmage will be allowed as you continue to scan downfield for options. Breaking the pocket and sprinting horizontally directly towards the sideline then stopping short is considered cheese and should not take place in this league.
5.3 The "Chew Clock" feature is only to be used when:
• You are ahead by 28 points to avoid running up the score.
• The final two minutes of the 4th quarter.
• Getting approval from opposing owner in game to chew the clock.
5.4 The no huddle offense can be toggled on anytime during the game from the clock control menu. However if you call a formation that puts a player WR out of position (HB/FB/TE) a timeout must be taken by the offense. The TRIANGLE no huddle offense can only be used in the last two minutes of each half.
5.5 You may only go for it on 4th down when:
• You are past the 45 yard line (arrow pointing up) with 1 yard or less to go.
• You are the losing team in the 4th quarter, (A) you can go for it if fewer than 3 minutes left in regulation or (B) if down by (2) possessions then you can go for it on whenever you like.

Gameplay Rules - DEFENSE
5.6 You are only allowed to manually move one (1) player on defense prior to the snap.
5.7 You must have at least three (3) rushers rushing the QB the entire game. You may use plays like the Dollar QB Contain that really only rushes 1 DL and the other 2 contain, but they cannot drop back into coverage.
5.8 Special Teams
• Line drive punts are not allowed in any circumstances during the game.
• You may only attempt an onside kick if you’re down by any amount in the 4th quarter within the last four minutes.

6.0 Player Movement/ Trade Rules:
6.1 Each team will be allowed two trades during the Pre & Regular Season & four trades during the offseason.
All Trade Request threads are to contain the following:
• Player's position
• Player's name
• Player's age
• Player's overall rating
• Player's current year cap penalty
Approval must be given for all posted trades before they are to be completed in the game. GMs must post their trade proposal(s) in the Pending Trades forum on the league website. One GM posts the trade and the other GM replies that they accept the trade. The trade this will be decided by the League Office, upon a decision both parties will be notified. If the trade is declined, the owners may request a review by the players union to reverse the decision.
6.2 No GM is permitted to trade with the CPU, ever.
6.3 Each GM may move current draft picks as they see fit but may only move draft picks from the current year.
6.4 Players who cannot be traded are:
• Any rookies that were drafted in the first (1) round of the draft they are off limits for half of the rookie contract which consists of two (2) seasons. The remaining rookies are off limits for only (1) season.
• Anyone who joined the team via Free Agency or Trade cannot be dealt that season.

6.4 Postional Changes
QB - Can't be changed
HB - Can't be changed
FB - Can't be changed
TE - Changed only to FB if RBK is above 65
OL - T/G/C may all be changed to match any other offensive line position
DL/OLB - RE/LE maybe changed to either DE position or OLB position based on scheme.
DT - any DE maybe moved to DT if they have a speed less than 80
MLB - Any OLB maybe moved to MLB
DB - Maybe moved to FS/SS if they are 30 or older with a speed less than 90.
FS/SS - Positions are interchangeable

7.0 Sportsmanship
7.1 Be respectful towards one another on GROUPME, forums, and in any messages you send to one another. Vulgar language and/or cursing other players out may get you suspended or booted from the chat/league. It's ok to joke around and we believe in friendly competition. It’s a fine line to walk if you choose to walk it.
7.2 If you are beating an opponent badly, do not run up the score. Once you get up 35 points, then you should run on every down except 3rd down in which case you can pass to get a 1st down. Anyone caught not following this rule will be subject to a possible player(s) suspension(s) by the Commissioner.
7.3 In any game, if your player(s) stats seem to be above a reasonable amount, it may be considered padding your stats. Padding your stats in any game will be a quick and easy way to get player(s) from your team benched for two (2) - four (4) games. If you want player(s) on your team to win Offensive Award(s) of the Year, go about it in a fair way.

8.0 Streaming Policy
• Streaming your game & posting link in the chat is mandatory; the away team should stream the game so that home field advantage is implemented. We also recommend archiving the footage for review purposes.
• No complaints will be heard without video footage; it is up to you to stream your games. If you are streaming and you feel as though your opponent is breaking a rule or multiple rules, these are the proper steps to follow:
• Pause the game and notify your opponent of what rule(s) are being broken. Be respectful in your approach please.
• If you continue to see the same issue(s) happening, pause the game a second time and again notify your opponent of what was discussed earlier in the game then you may contact the League Office. Whatever you do, please do not quit the game or bring it into the main chat.

9.0 Disconnection and Desync Errors
In case of a Disconnection or Desync
• Highly recommended that both players take a picture either screenshot within ps4 share button or with a phone to provide visual evidence of the message given on screen. Write down the quarter, time, and position on the field, whose possession it was last and the score when a Disconnection happens. Then, get in touch with your opponent to (A) restage to that same point and time in the game, (B) Both owners can agree on an outcome of the game (C) Both players can simply agree to restart the entire game.
