NRG Madden 22 Mock team selection

  1. Niners (ray)- do I even need to explain. He finally gets a young QB that will be the cornerstone for the rest of madden 22
  2. Browns (Jay) - defensive minded user that’s taken the home team and offensive juggernauts in his last few team picks. He decides to take a team that has a young defense ready to go.
  3. Jaguars (Myles) - had his fun playing with some new teams but time to take it back to his hometown and enjoy the new franchise Qb.
  4. Bengals (Sean) - he will more then likely take a young rebuilding team and the bengals fit that description. Burrow , Mixon , and jamar chase will be a fun trio to build around and they will have cap as well.
  5. Ravens (Spyda) - once again do I even need to explain. He gets a lot of his core back with the addition of spot great draft picks that give him some more youth and potential all around.
  6. Chiefs (Teddy) - as tempted as I am to be the giants , if the chiefs fall to This pick I feel inclined to take them. The cap will be hell but we will work past that.
  7. Falcons (Bobby) - already won a bowl with the falcons and the addition of Kyle pitts is game changing. The falcons are no brainer as he goes back to the home town team
  8. Broncos (batman) - he has made it clear this is his team and with his bowl victory, he is finally in position to take them
  9. Cardinals (JTC) - the Cardinals are stacked after their offseason acquisitions and JTC loves himself a glitchy mobile Qb like Murray.
  10. Cowboys (kyce) - this pick is more guaranteed then Teddy losing in the first round of the playoffs.
  11. Vikings (Joey) - taking some time off in the past, but he’s back to being consistent and decides to try his luck at bringing a trophy back to Minnesota.
  12. Raiders (Reid) - takes it back to his hometown team to try and bring home that trophy.
  13. Bills (Current Texans) - has a tendency to lean towards a mobile Qb, and josh Allen is one of the glitchiest Qb’s in the game.
  14. Packers (Matt B) - packers fall to pick 14 and Matt is ecstatic. Even if Rodgers is gone , he still has love and a plethora of other players to be happy about ... and he gets the hometown team.
  15. Buccaneers (Chea) - chea goes for all the marbles in year one and takes one of the best teams overall wise on the board. If he can handle the Brady replacement , he will have solid team the rest of the way
  16. Seahawks (Marte) - Seahawks on the board is a no brainer for someone who hasn’t had a mobile Qb in awhile if ever. He gets Russel, metcalf , and more. Great team at a later pick
  17. Chargers (Godlover) - he finally gets a well rounded offense that can help him take advantage of his play style. Not to mention some great pieces on the defensive side of the ball.
  18. Saints (Real talk) - after loosing out on broncos he takes one of the best team available and will figure out Qb at a later date.
  19. Panthers (Kev) - panthers are a great team and Kev has ties to sam darnold already. Gets a well rounded team with a young Qb that can be developed.
  20. WFT (Nick packers) - he gets his ideal choice at this spot getting a team with a great foundation and it also happens to be the hometown team
  21. Dolphins (Rampagetv) - can’t pass up on the young team with tua and waddle at the helm.
  22. Colts (Nick bears) - another solid team that slipped way to far on this list , but many people have seen that having a great QB to start is a huge advantage. But this line and Taylor to tough to pass on at this stage
  23. Steelers (Q) - horrible quarterback situation but a solid young defense with the addition of najee Harris makes this a enticing late team choice.
  24. Giants (Gman Raymond) - giants have a great madden squad despite the quarterback. This team could have went earlier but the defensive issues from a madden standpoint hold them back. Ross , Toney , saquon , and golladay will be a fun and easy offense for any one this late.
  25. Jets (Rkgess) - after dealing with a horrific quarterback situation i his first taste of NRG, he decides to pick a team with a franchise quarterback worth developing. The jets will take a lot of work but oftentimes a solid QB enough to get a team going.
  26. Eagles (Ddavis) - had madden given jalen hurts better THP i believe this team could be selected in the top 20. Regardless he gets a young QB with and electric player in devonta smith as well as an amazing o line for madden purposes.
  27. Rams (Eagles) - as per usual a person this late will see Aaron Donald and jalen Ramsey sitting there and it’s very hard not to take that at this point in the selection.
  28. Titans (Captain steelz) -never the most exciting team to choose with some Low ceiling players at certain positions, but this man loves his Titans and I’m sure he’s hype to land em here.
  29. Texans (Bcarr) - this pick gotta be Texans if Watson somehow isn’t a 7 overall kicker come M22. This would be a great fit for a user who knows how to damage with very little , all he needs is that X-factor Qb and he’s good to go. This team will take a lot of work after suffering a plethora of off season loses.
  • if Watson ends up not being in the game , then Bcarr ends up with Chicago trying to develop young Justin fields.

NRG Tribune 2023 Season Wrap Up

It was quite an unusual season from start to finish. Ranging from bad trades, Bobby calling everything and everyone with a heartbeat trash, members quitting, and much much more. The season commenced with a bang in typical Jay fashion. Jay said fuck the offseason we don’t need that. He blames madden.... so I suppose the season was right on par with the NRG norms. Moving forward many were distraught with the loss of the offseason until they realized that the CPU drafted them a useable player and then very quickly the noise stopped and people moved on.

Many of the typical contending teams got off to their usual start and the trash teams well.... stayed trash. One development was the rise of a few sleeper teams in the nfc.... or should I say lack of competitive teams led to more playoff openings. With the the departure old packers, VenmFire Jr, and the bucs making it rain in the Salvadorian strip clubs, the nfc was more wide open then it had been in recent years. And by wide open, more people to try and knock of the hawks.

In other news one of the better stories was the verbal and physical abuse endured by the old WFT coach. The Seattle Seahawks coach was fed up and let the coach have it after a dominating win ... talk about kicking a man when he’s down. Seattle coach after the game stated, “If you not good then just find another league bro”, followed by “Everybody got ya number now better go back to YouTube to find smthn else”. Normally the WFT coach had thick skin and would make a joke out of it, but it appeared this was the last straw and he quietly exited the league. (Rumor has it he is on a pilgrimage in search of the the glitchiest defensive ebook known to man and he will return once he fulfills his prophecy of breaking the league.)

In other news chiefs and Bills have been too focused on doge coin and this has negatively impacted their play on the field as well as Bobby’s ability to talk to shit In the chat. Although it has been a nice break... if Bobby isn’t blowing up the chat is this even NRG?

Moving forward in regards to football , Ray decided it was time to expand the playbook  for young gunslinger trey lance and let it fly.... 37 interceptions and a classic 8-8 cowboys recored later .... he still loves the guy. Will trey lance return then to formal glory? At least he can’t be worse than fat Willy beamen.

The super bowl hangover has been confirmed season after the falcons went from super bowl champs to league spectator in 2 seasons. 6-10 record is not going to cut it and many have to wonder if the falcons are done.

Let’s talk NRG playoffs....

Many had some favorites heading into the playoffs but that went to shit very very fast. The first seed browns didn’t lose in the first round ... because they had a bye week so they got to lose in the second round. The First seed Seahawks always seem to get caught by the dark horse coming outta the nfc, must be some of that magic I always hear about. Bills were not ready for prime time and they got their ass whooped on national television. It’s become very clear that trash talk is the driving factor in his success and he needs to back to his roots. The ravens despite injuries and all odds made it the super bowl... just to lose again. The ravens have become a regular contender in the dance but sadly it seems they like they just enjoy watching the super bowl half time show live. I’m sure they will make it to the dance many more times in the future and if statistics mean anything they will start to win them in bunches...

Nfc closing notes

Does Kyce really not care about madden?

What the fuck happened to Russel and adams in Philly?

Did bucs ever make it home from the jungle?

Wills Myles ever let Jalen hurts throw the ball?

Does Ray actually believe In lance or is it an act?

Why was Joey throwing bombs at the end of the bowl with a lead?

Is new packers actually bald?

Did chea mahone his name or did he not know how to spells mahomes *?

will marte ever trade again or is he still traumatized from last madden?

Afc closing notes

Will bengals break the century mark... for interceptions?

Will Madden ever not be the reason chiefs lose?

Why do the Patriots have a 91 overall team ?

Will the browns ever develop a running back?

Is Bobby trash without abilities?

is JTC a real contender or just a playoff thorn?

Is it true that Sean is trading for another running back to throw the ball to?

NRG Tribune: Mid Season Reports

AFC North

Ravens- Typcally one of the tougher opponents on the schedule, but have struggled out the gate, at least based on record. The eye test still show a top team, but a big late season push will be needed to at least secure a wildcard spot.  Will lamar Jackson take the reigns and put the team on his back?   Grade-B

Bengals- Not many people can truthfully speak on this since their stream is never up. The bengals on paper appear to be headed for another lottery pick, and hopefully can continue to build through the draft. Grade-D

Steelers- Not the flashiest team around, but another tough opponent that shouldn't be taken fro granted. Plays intelligent football, and with Mr. 30/30 running the offense, the Steelers look to secure a wildcard spot within a tough AFC...Grade-B

Browns- The most vocal team in the league, makes his presence known on the field, and publically. His Motto is "Send 8 at all times" it he could start defensive ends at cornerback he would. Relies heavily on old school smash mouth football, which complements their lockdown defense nicely. If the browns stay conmsistent and finish games, they could be headed for a deep playoff push. Grade- A-

AFC South

Jaguars- The Jaguars have assembled the most talented roster in NRG.. on paper at least. This team has drafted strong, made smart trades, and maintained their finances nicely while doing so. At times they look like the most dominant team in the league, and other times they look lost on the field. They may be a stat and ratings juggernaut, but they will need to play smart and apply real football to their game plan to make a real super bowl run, especially in a super tough AFC south...Grade-A-

Texans- The reigning super champs are looking to repeat, and are playing great, but not as dominant as usual. Some may say they are still hungover from last years success. They traded away and offensive superstar, but replaced him with multiple defensive stars. A slow paced team with a strong defense, look to make another deep run. Can their patience be the key to over running impatient teams....
Grade-A

Colts- The NRG Felon, seems to enjoy NRG prison more then he does playing the game. A lost season for the colts, in one of the toughest divisions in NRG. Grade D

Titans-After accruing a franchise quarterback, and elite playmaker in Odell Beckham Jr, the titans appear to be back in their bag, and contending for a playoff spot. They play in super tough division, and conference, where 11 wins may fall short of a playoff spot. They will need to fight hard, and win important division games in order to secure a division lead, or at least a wildcard spot. Can Porn star Jimmy, and Odell develop chemistry, and run this league? Grade B+

AFC East-

Patriots - Cover 4, haven't recovered since Tom Brady left them. Grade D

Jets - A poorly run organization that cant seem to develop their youth. They have enough talent to compete, but at 0-7, they seemed poised to contend for the number one pick. Grade F

Doplhins - Had a strong start to the season, then lost a few games. Many teams are trying to figure out if they are real, or pretend. Only time will tell if the dolphins are real, but with such a weak division, they appear destined for a playoff appearance Grade - C+

Bills - The bills need to fire their offensive coordination, as they have struggled to develop very promising prospects. They cant develop and give up on players very early. They gave up on josh allen, who has flourished in Jacksonville, and gave up on young Todd Jacobs who is making strides in Atlanta. They decided to go with senior citizen Matt Ryan, who still cant get the job done. Their defense keeps them in the game, but without offensive scores, they simply cant contend. Grade C

AFC West-

Broncos- One juke away from a super appearance,  a yearly lock for the playoffs, and a tough smart opponent, has appeared flustered and disoriented out the gate. Although his record looks a lot worse then they have played. The broncos have the talent and the skill to recover, but already in a massive hole, it will be a battle to secure a wildcard spot.  Grade- b-

Los Angeles Chargers - Another guy from the mut world who must constantly bite his tongue and restrict his play to abide by the rules. Commonly references other leagues, and wishes he had more pass rush. Loves to bait others with the idea of trading young studs Bosa, and derwin but its all a smoke screen. A strong defense will keep them in games, but lack offense since year one, continues to hold this team back from its true potential. Grade b-

KC Chiefs- A top organization in NRG, a proven winner with the Jags, and has the reigns of arguably the most fire power in NRG. They always show up to play, and even in a down game they still drop 30. As their defense continues to develop, the harder it becomes to take them down. They seemed poised for a deep playoff run, and if young rookie Helaire can keep developing, this offense has sky high potential. Grade A+

Raiders- They have the same or near the same record as some users in the league, and they are a perennial Force loss.
Grade- F

NFC-North

Green Bay Packers- The packers have seemingly shifted out of their win now window, Aaron's Rodgers departed, the salary cap finally caught up with them, and young studs wanted a massive payday. After major offseason moves, they have draft capital, and finaly some cap space to build this team again. May be a year or so away from being a serious contender, but they have a foundation.  ...Grade C+

Chicago Bears- After cutting trubisky, and going bankrupt, the bears declared a full rebuild, and traded away most of their productive players. They acquired enough draf capital to build a young foundation. They still are a few years away,  they need to really make the picks count, and need to clear their cap penalty before they can finally build. They are at least 2-3 seasons away from contending in their own division again. Grade F

Vikings- Currenlty on a pilgrimage to find himself and become one with the deep post. League beware of his waited return. Grade D-

Lions- A lot of moves and roster seemingly headed for youth, made a surprise move for and older veteran cornerback in Gilmore. Does this move signify a win now team? A rebuilding team trading away youth, and taking on a big contract seems rather counter productive. Are the lions a sleeping giant, or another guy chasing a player that will set them back. Grade C

NFC South

Panthers- Irrelveant, still waiting for a user to last for the long haul. haven't recovered since Mikey glitched them.  Grade F

Saints- One of the most talented rosters for the last three seasons continues to struggle to contend. Could be their difficulty with finding a face of the franchise.. after giving up on brees, and josh allen in a short period of time. Their players can not find chemistry with constant personal changes. Can Gardner minshew change the culture of this team,      And continue to put up numbers like he did in Jacksonville. Will minshew prove to be more then a system QB? Grade C+

Falcons- a year one bust that failed to make noise, came out of nowhere year 2 and posted a silent but deadly regular season record. Many believed that their record was a direct result of luck, and easy schedule. Unfortunely after suffering a rough playoff loss, they attempted to clean house, and have went back to bus status. Julios aging legs, a mistake prone Qb, and a Swiss cheese defense appears to be on their way to a lottery pick. Grade C-

Bucs- Currently running the NFC, with their assortment of weapons they have an advantage on most secondary's. Their have been little challenges for them thus far and the real challenge will be when they take on the giants, an potentially make the playoffs, especially considering their weak division. Can they cancel out the noise, and stay cool under pressure and maintain their lead in the NFC. Grade B +

NFC East

Cowboys- Cowboys - A fellow mut man, who occasionally forgets when to put away the mut cheese, and switch to sim style play. The man behind the infamous "Scum Kick'. With a stacked roster, strong defense, and heavy running attack, the cowboys appear poised for another playoff run. "You can take the man out of mut, but cant take the mut out of the man" Grade A-

Redskins- Such a promising roster , yet so irrelevant. Grade F

Giants- Fianlly playing to their potential, the giants appears poised for a run at the chip this year. The giants are still a year away from realizing their true potential as young players develop, but the coach is great enough to overcome the disadvantage of their current roster. Saquon and his massive quads appears poised to run through bricks walls, and make people "Rage Cry' (as the eagles call it) Grade - A-

Eagles- With Miles Sanders being their only source of offense many question whether they will win many more games. WIll Miles sanders remain healthy throughout the year with his massive workload? With an aging team, most of the offensive line regressing/retiring, and immense salary isssues, the eagles appear to poised for a rough offseason. They may be 2-3 season away from getting back on track.

NFC West

49ers- One of the more consistent players in NRG, no matter the situation they typcally end up at least in the wildcard. After winning the Chip year one, then failing to meet expectations year 2, they are itching for a shot at the dance once again. Trading away Jimmy J, showed the Niners believes its their system and not their QB. Does Mariota have the juice to lead this talented roster to a chip? Grade A-

Cardinals- After their recent breakdown, and venture into the YouTube world, the cards have resurrected as new man. They recently attempted more then 3 passes in a single game, and believe they can develop into a premier passing offense in this league. Many wonder if this attempt to change their game will leave the coach confused and ruin their once so productive identity. Maybe this will secure the longevity of Kyler Murray's career? Grade B+

Seahawks- Many moves later, and many under performing season with a top roster, the hawks finally believe they are the shit. They feel as though they are going to run away with the NFC West, and leave the cards, rams , and Niners in their dust. The new acquisition of Will fuller has helped the Hawks establish the Air Raid offense. It's streak city in Seattle. Will coaches finally adjust? They better stay focused because even two bad games can kick them out of a first round bye, and straight into a fight for a wild card spot.

Rams- One of the more quiet users, only comes out of the woodworks when their game is advanced without their consent. They have a top roster with many generational defensive players. They have come raging out the gates, but with a tough division, they need to stay consistent if they want a shot at the division, or the final wildcard spot.

NRG Tribune : Colts Calling it Quits

We are now going into week 7 of the NFL season, and for many its only felt like a few days, but for some teams such as the colts, it has felt like an eternity. The colts have had interesting offseson, and regular season. The beginning of the end for the colts dates back since last season, when the jaguars mentally and verbally destroyed the colts. They could no longer endure the abuse and called it quiets, but that came with many consequences. The colts were stripped of their ability to draft, stripped of their first pick (for garbage of course), and lost the rest of the season to the resented Auto pilot. Things would get worse when the colts believed that the draft board feature actually worked , and instead the CPU would decided they wanted the young 50 overall gunslinger of the future. The colts seemed poised to lash out against the powers that Be, but he kept his cool, because he couldnt afford to spend anymore time in NRG prison, especially after being deemed the prison bitch. He would start the season with high hopes, only to be reminded that he not served his full sentence, not to mention he paid a fullback more money then most running backs earn... besides the point. He would finally serve his sentence, and be ready for his revenge tour after beating the titans, but boy was he wrong. He would the proceed to get raped (metaphorically) by the Rams, Cardinals, Jaguars, and the Patriots in that order. He still had hope, up until the final game against the Lowly pats. After enduring tight end attack 36 times, the colts were mentally drained. The colts would ice the game with 16 seconds left, but the pats and tight end attack had something to say about it. The colts would lose that game with no time remainig, upon leaving the game, he would check his schedule to see who was next. After seeing the powerhouse Jags up on deck, he would lose his cool, and shudder in utter fear. He knew that another loss was imminent, and the colts were on pace for another lottery pick. To avoid this fate he decided he would place himself in NRG prison, where he wold be safe from the Titans, Jaguars, and Texans.

Closing notes:

Aaron Rodgers, and Peterson reportedly want out.

Will he lose his first round pick?

Was he terrified of Josh Allen?

Will the colts have a different senior citizen at QB next season?

Will Kareem Hunt Kick his GF after his season ending early?

NRG Tribune

Another week in NRG is underway, and the league is up to its typical shenanigans. Multiple mentions of cheese, bad trades, cheating, and commonly referenced words "rules". This week got underway with the eagles having the Niners on the ropes. Niners were nervous, but the eagles sucked and proceeded to throw 4 straight interceptions. As games proceeded we found chea in his element throwing bombs away to fuller, and while it may have worked against the rams, this style of play will eventully get him trouble. The rams ended up losing despite his four vertical barrage towards the, all was okay since chea was too high on life to realize the rams used the same set the entire drive. Moving on to other news, for the 34th week in a row the bengals stream lagged out and as per usual "its the other guys fault".  Is it time to move on from the 1999 Belkin router, and invest in modern tech... probably. It's okay though because its the other 34 opponents fault for his internet dropping. On a more regular note, the browns have called out multiple people this week, specifically the falcons which he commonly mentions after their falling out last season. Also the bears still suck... but that's okay because they traded away a generational player for a first round pick..... from the SB Champs.... that will be a bottom five pick ...... week 2 when it was worth more then it should be..... enjoy your normal dev player. Now getting on to the more exciting news, lets take a look at what happened last night. Following cards vs jags game, the cards had a breakdown, names were taken, and threats were made. The cards rushing attack was shutdown, they lost a close one, and the coach was not happy about it. The cards at one point stated, "Lol I'm not playing with ya mofos anymore people wanna play stupid  ok!!!!! Ok I see you now see this!!!!!!, they then proceeded to call the jags a "Mofo". The cards then declared that had sat on YouTube all night and studied every money play in the book, as stated "Lmao oh trust me I'm not ya. Ya wanna get on my back that's cool. I was up til 5 on youtube yall ain't see shit yet ya wanna take shots at me that's cool". Can his offense an defense get cheesier.. I guess that's up to YouTube to decide.
