Vikings Post Game Interview - Week 5 vs Chiefs

1. Congrats on this win. I'm sure you didnt want to be the first to lose to the Chiefs. Did you feel a lot of pressure coming into this game?

First and foremost, thank you. I always tell my team that the only pressure we feel is the pressure we put on ourselves. And today, the only pressure was to execute our game plan, especially for Julius who had his breakout opportunity - which he grabbed with both hands.

The Chiefs had their [4-1] predictions, and we respect their spirit. But as the old saying goes, 'It's not about what you say, but what you do on the field.' Today, the Vikings did the talking to add another L to the column.

2. The last 2 drives by both teams were intense. What was going through your mind when WIll made it to your red zone?

Watching Will drive down the field and enter our red zone was indeed a nail-biter. In that moment, my mind was a whirlwind of strategy, anticipation, and trust in our defensive schemes. I knew the absolute desperation he was feeling for that first dub, and we decided to give him a look that we know he would gamble on. It paid off with that game-sealing interception.

As for the long gain, after reviewing the film, I noticed our CB backed off MVS, possibly due to the halfback's being motioned to the LOS. These are things we will correct moving forward. But our team's philosophy is clear – bend, don't break. We always ensure we're mentally prepared for moments like these and it showed.

3. That was a clutch throw to TJ, what made you go in his direction?

When we were game planning we noticed certain situations where TJ would have a favorable one-on-one matchup. Our practices are intense and focused, and TJ consistently showed the ability to moss his defenders in those tight situations. In that crucial moment, I trusted the hours of preparation and the chemistry we've developed. It just felt right to give him the chance, and he made the most of it with what would be a walk off TD. The game ball goes to him.

4. Next up are the Bears, Dez has been very consistent this cycle? How do you feel about his game play so far?

Dez has shown that he can bring the heat this cycle. Just look at that thriller against the Commanders and the way he outplayed the Chiefs. We have immense respect for what Dez has been doing, and we're not taking our upcoming matchup lightly. Every game is a new challenge, and we're gearing up to ensure we're prepared on all fronts to face the Bears. Every team has strengths and weaknesses, but one thing is certain Dez and his Bears demand respect and we're preparing for a tough battle.

Bears Post Game Interview - Week 5 vs Commanders

1. ANOTHER ONE *DJ Khaled Voice* , you've been making a lot of good decisions on the field lately. You made a bunch of turnovers but pulled through in OT to win the game. What happened today?

We started getting sloppy after going up 14 and allowed him back in the game. Had to get the guys head back on straight and hone in on our main goal which was coming away with the win, and we did that and im proud of the guys for it.

2. Did Coach Nick, surprise you today?

I wouldn't say surprise but he played a hell of a game fighting back into making it a close battle. We came in knowing about his Dline and tried everything we could to keep him guessing.

3. Going back to the picks, you threw 5, what was is about the Commanders defense that gave you trouble passing?

That D line kept pressure coming after JF and he threw a few passes that he has to own up to that were bad throws. But we will continue working with him getting him better.

4. Next week, you face Coach Chris, whats the plan going in? He also had a much needed victory today so I'm sure he's on a high.

Watch JJ and we will be good. Know he has a new RB he has been going to but we will try and slow that down. Look forward to the game gonna be fun.

Bengals Post Game Interview - Week 5 vs Cardinals

1. Congrats on a big win this week. Second shut out of the league. Thats now 2 wins in a row. How does it feel?

Better. I think what I lack is continuity with this game. In the past I've played in 2 leagues and it helps me identify and correct my bad habits sooner. Playing two games the same day gave me rhythm I haven't quite had and I felt more focused by the time I played the Cards. It also makes a world of difference to have Mixon back. The rookie Chase Brown did his best but he didn't exactly put fear in defenders hearts. Mixon makes my offense more well-rounded and less predictable, so hopefully we build on the momentum.

2. Didn't take long to figure out the Cards game plan, were there any surprises on their end that caught you off guard?

That they traded a 1 for Jacobs and didn't run the ball enough. I actually forgot they got Jacobs and thought I would be in trouble because I didn't game plan for the run. It worked out in my favor because the Cards decided to go with a pass heavy approach.

3. You started the first half strong, why'd you slow down in the second half?

The game was mostly out of hand by then, so it was more running the clock and eventually swapping my star players out to avoid injuries and itchy suspension trigger fingers.

4. Next week you face Coach Retto and his Seahawks, whats the plan vs his team?

It's more about building on what I've learned from the losses and what I've corrected in the past two wins. More balanced play calling, calling plays that play to the strength of my players and learning to throw the ball away when in FG range. Retto has a good squad this cycle, so it should be fun to see how he does with better talent around him this time around.

Packers Post Game Interview - Week 4 vs Lions

1. 4 straight victories, why you so scary? This was a quality win today. You're sending a clear message to the NFCN. Safe to say Packers run the North?

Still early in the season, just taking one week at a time but the true Kang of the north resides in Wisconsin

2. Lions scored 7 points through 3 quarters. What did you see out there that allowed you to control the game early on?

The running game was on point this week, Aaron jones still mad bout that earlier suspension and I almost gave up on Dillon by trading him so he letting me kno I almost fucked up. Ain’t gonna hold u Jameson had me shook throughout the game with his speed but the secondary stepped up

3. Who are you giving the game ball to today and why?

Game ball going to the offensive line and rbs, both AJ’s went over 80 yards with tds. O-line also kept Love with a clean jersey

4. Your offense is top 10 in every single category, as you continue this winning streak, what's the atmosphere like in the locker room, and how do you keep the team focused?

Locker room is great, Sexy Red blasting throughout every speaker to get is goin. While I’m here…… Hey Kermy!!!! (Heart eyes)

Bears Post Game Interview - Week 4 vs Broncos

1. Coach Lowe, 2-2. Last week you destroyed the Chiefs, this week, you rally to make one of your best comebacks in league history. To what do you attribute your success?

Focus, we had a few mishaps during the game and allowed them the opportunity to get back into the game. But we answered the call and im not mad at it.

2. You started off hot then things started to fizzle right before the half, why'd you take your foot off the gas?

Not that we took our foot off the gas but we started to get complacent and it almost bit us in our ass, but the bell rung and we answered so im not mad at all.

3. Fields had a big run for 53 yards. Why hasn't his run game made more appearances for your squad?

Because I know most are looking for him to take off and that's not what we are going to show. The kid is an all around ball player and he will show and prove it.

4. Next week, you face  Coach Nick and his Commanders. How are you preparing to face them?

One game at a time.

5. One of your division rivals has accused you and fellow Atlanta members of labbing together, would you like to address these allegation?

I don’t "lab" I've always been pick up and play. I have 2 kids now my attention is on this team and them not the nay sayers and outsiders. That being said see y’all next week against Washington.

Jets Post Game Interview - Season 1 Week 4 vs Chiefs

1. Congrats on the win, there's always a lot of pressure to not lose vs the teams that haven't won a game during the season. What was your mindset coming into this week?

Thanks! Winning in this league is very difficult at times. I feel like teams that haven't won a game are even tricker at times. They're desperate and have nothing to lose... well, you know what i mean.

2. Were there any surprises by the Chiefs that caught you off guard. Can you talk about why you struggled early on?

Coming out we treated this like bye week in preparation for Denver. We got some good reps in and wanted to work on some concepts early. My hubris was a big factor in the Chiefs having the early lead. Not committing to my normal gameplan. Won't let my ego get in the way of the process going forward.

3. Aaron struggled early on throwing a couple of INTs, was your plan to go pass heavy but the turn overs made you switch to running?

With my play calling I, yes me, put Aaron in a bad position early; however, he trusted me, and we schemed something up that would put us in a position to be successful. With the run game we saw Breece averaging almost 4.5 yards a carry and we could not ignore that matchup. Last week i talked about Breece being the best back in the league. Today, he showed the world again why he is. Breece will be our starting RB going forward and we'll have a discussion with Dalvin Cook on his future and his role with this team.

4. Speaking of turnovers, you had a big play on defense by Mosley to help set up your first TD. Your defense forced 3 INTs today. What change did you make going into the 3rd quarter?

Going back to the previous questions; getting back to what we do best - playing with speed, passion, and swagger. Early on i put the team in a bad spot and i had to check my ego early. We know Patrick Mahomes doesn't look down field, so it was no need to play anything over the top. Keep it low and in the flats. Their offense is easy to figure out - we didn't give up a single point in the second half. We also want to give a special shout-out to St. Louis' very own Sexyy Red for being in the house and supporting us.

5. Next week, you have the Broncos who are looking to bounce back from a tough lost vs the Bears. He's motivated. How are you guys going to prepare?

We're motived by excellence! When we play to our abilities we cannot and will not be defeated. I'm looking forward to having a ham & cheese sandwich with him after his loss.

Ravens Post Game Interview - Season 1 Week 4 vs Browns

1. Congrats on another win. You're now 2-2, it's a new cycle, how are you adjusting to the game so far?

I think the game doesn’t feel much different minus the improvement of the passing game. No abilities makes it so just based on how well play and how good your players are. Need to practice more and get more comfortable passing.

2. You played a division opponent, who is usually circled on everyone's schedule. Good opponent but so far its been a struggle, what was your game plan coming into this game?

I was just trying to not turn the ball over. I feel like my offense is dynamic enough to keep me up but bad throws make me struggle. I just took what was given to me by the defense.

3. Lamar threw for nearly 200, 1 TD, rushed for 70, 1 rushing TD, and 0 INTs. this was a perfect game for him.

He needed it. There was a bad turnover before the half but I had no control over it. Got to stay calm and keep the defense honest with his ability to run.

4. Next week, you face the Steelers who are coached by Coach Mikey, 3x SB champ in M23. He's currently the favorite to lead the division. How are you preparing for his game?

I haven’t watched him play this year but I know he is a good opponent. My defense needs to step up and force him to punt. A lot of short passes from what I remember, maybe my defense can jump one.

Raiders Post Game Interview - Season 1 Week 4 vs Chargers

1.Starting the season 0-3 must have been challenging. Today you destroyed the undefeated Chargers. What do you think turned things around for your team in this game?

Quarterback play. Jimmy came out today and flashed the magic that got him his contract in the first place. I sat him down and told him that if he didn’t turn it around that we would look elsewhere in the off-season and I think he stepped up to the challenge.

Doesn’t hurt that it’s a division game and coach Ace let me know that the whole reason for him accepting the head coaching job was to beat the chargers twice a year. One down. One to go.

2. That second quarter was big, you scored 17 points.  What was the defining play for you today?

Honestly - the defining play was the play of my offensive line. They have been vilified in the press and the locker room for being subpar and they came out and shocked the world. The pass rush in LA is a ferocious one and even though it wasn’t a completely clean day, they stood tall when it counted.

3. You were a man of your word and followed Coach Kerm to the AFCW, would you do it again or go with the best team that was available during the team draft?

I would do it again. I enjoy the challenge and I’ll never run away from the grind. I know that seems to be common theme in the league but maybe that’s why I was added. Plus - all I have in this world is my balls and my word, and I don't break 'em for no one.

4. 2 weeks ago, you traded Josh Jacobs away from a 1st round draft pick. Are you still rebuilding or does this win today change things for you?

Our organization is committed to competing at a high level at all times while constantly monitoring and evaluating the needs of the roster to be great. We stumbled out the gate but don’t count Las Vegas out.

5. Any words for Raiders nation?

Get used to it.

Texans Post Game Interview - Week 4 vs Steelers

1. It's true what they say, "Defense wins games." Despite, allowing over 300 yards on 17 first downs, your defense forced 4 turnovers, including a big one in the final minutes of the game. This is what some would call "bend don't break". Is this going to be the norm?

Sometimes that’s just how the game goes, most of the yards are from Najee I assume. He had some nice runs early but we tightened up. All that matters is the W at the end of the day, shutout or shootout…just get the dub.

2. At one point, you scored 20 unanswered points, that started right before half time with an INT by Griffin and finished with a TD catch by Jordan in the back of the end zone. Describe your offense today.

Offense did enough to get the win, but our guys know they left some meat on the bone. Stroud missed 3-4 shots that would’ve really closed off the game, he will hit those next time. What can I say about 31…a true workhorse. Pierce is a physical downhill runner and fits what we want to do on O well. He’s a tone setter. We are not concerned about the interceptions, it will be corrected.

3. This was a highly anticipated game, that we're sure to see happen a couple of more times before the cycle ends. What was the pregame speech like?

TBH I intentionally didn’t give the guys a speech because I knew they felt what time it was. They showed up and competed. No need for theatrics, real dogs in the H.

4. Were there any surprises in your opponent's gameplay or strategy?

Definitely not…he plays a very passive O, doesn’t push the ball down field, wants to run, and we knew this. We knew we could trap him to the flat and Stingley proved it with the big interception.

5. Next week, you face the Falcons, who are led by Coach G, despite their really slow start, its always "any given advance", how are you preparing for this game?

We prepare the same every week, no matter the opponent. We expect that Falcons squad to be hungry for a win, we will be ready.

Eagles Post Game Interview - Week 4 vs Commanders

1. Congrats on a big win today vs a division rival. How do you feel?

Feels good. Had to get that loss of our mind from last week.

2. Jalen with a monster performance today. 13 for 15, 303 yards, 1 TD, and 0 INTs. This is about as perfect as it gets. Big difference compared to the previous week where he threw 5 INTs. What was the difference in preparation?

Just not trying to force stuff and took what he gave me. Tried to get the running game going a lil more this week also. We did a lot of stupid stuff last week and actually was still in the game. If we had cut down on a couple of those mistakes last week, we probably still undefeated right now.

3. AJ Brown had a big game today. 2 big catches to set up 2 rushing TDs. He almost had. Huge play right before the half, scoring a TD. Finished with 4 catches for 152 yards. Was your plan coming into this game to feed him the ball as much as possible?

Not really he just was open the 4 times I threw it to him. But I do look for him a lil more since my starting TE is out for a few more weeks

4. You almost had a shut out until you guys got caught slipping with a screen play. Your defense only recorded 2 sacks and 1 INT. How did you guys manage to lock down the Commanders WRs today?

Yea he caught me trying to adjust my defense but its all good. My DBs played really well this game. Especially Roger's who is in since Darius slay is suspended right now. Rodgers actually got a dev up grade this game so it worked out lol

5. Is it safe to say, the NFCN will go through Philly?

Yea it's Super Bowl or bust for us lol. We are playing well without three of my best starters. It's only gonna get better when we get them back

6. Any words for the Eagles fans out there?

Fly Philly dawgs fly!!!!

Vikings Post Game Interview - Week 4 vs Panthers

1. It's been a rough 3 weeks into the season. how does it feel to bounce back with a win after the previous losses?

   - Can you describe the key factors that contributed to your team's success this week?

It feels absolutely rejuvenating. Every week, we put in the work, and it's been a challenging stretch as this is unfamiliar territory. But this win is a testament to the resilience and character of this team. We wanted to focus on the run as this has been non-existent and generate pressure and cause turnovers, while protecting the cornerstone Malik. Suffice to say we hit all cylinders.

2. Julius Chestnut returns. 10 rushes, 130 yards and 3 TDs. Great FA pick up.

The addition of Julius Chestnut was instrumental. He brought an explosive dynamic to our run game, and having worked with him last season, it's clear his familiarity with our system paid dividends. An 87-yard run in conditions like those isn't just talent—it's preparation meeting opportunity. We look forward to seeing more of Baby Henry in the weeks to come.

3. Defense brought the pressure early. 2 sacks, 5 INTs. What was the plan coming into this game?

We wanted to take advantage of the fact that Andy Dalton was back there and the lack of playmakers on Panthers' roster. We studied the tapes, identified vulnerabilities in the Panthers' offensive scheme, and knew that by applying consistent pressure, we could disrupt their rhythm. The idea was to make them uncomfortable, force quick decisions, and capitalize on any errors. Today, the defense sent a clear message: when we're locked in, we're a force to be reckoned with!

4. We know its a long season but it was starting to look like Vikings would be a non factor while Packers and Lions fight for 1st. Do you have a message for your division mates?

Look, I've always respected the game and the players in it. Packers, Lions – they're doing their thing right now. But let me channel a bit of Coach Prime here, who I deeply respect. The only thing I've got to say to the rest of this division is, 'We Coming.' Don't sleep on the Vikings.

5. Next up are the Chiefs. Currently they're struggling. Whats your plan vs Will and his squad?

Same plan as always take care of business and move on. Land or air we plan on adding another L to the column.

6. Any words for Vikings nation?

Continue to stand by your team, SKOL!

Colts Post Game Interview - Week 3 vs Ravens

1. It's been a rough 2 weeks into the season. how does it feel to bounce back with a win after the previous losses?

   - Can you describe the key factors that contributed to your team's success this week?

It feels good to get out of the basement but we allowed too many points. Key factors: Dulin had the game of his life and our defense was finally able to force a couple turnovers.

2. That was a much needed TD right before half. What did you see out there that made you go for it?

We want to stay aggressive and we don’t trust our kicking game at the moment.

3 Richardson has struggled with his accuracy 3 weeks into the season. Despite throwing for 990 yards, you've only managed to find the endzone 4 times in the air and 12 INTs, whats going on?

Richardson is still trying to learn the playbook and get a feel for the game.

4  Any words for the Colts fans out there?

Be patient

Bucs Post Game Interview - Week 3 vs Eagles

1. Looks like this was your biggest win vs your toughest opponent so far. That Amoeba defense is scary. You had 2,5 sacks and forced 5 turnovers today. Looks like you have found your groove, can you speak on this?

Yeah defense played big for me. My 3 free agency pick, one was a rookie, stepped up and made plays. Greedy 2 picks, Dantzler 1 pick and Smoke Monday with 1 pick. Yes defense is my strong point in Madden still working on the offense.

2. You started hot, scoring 21 points in the first half but only 7 in the second. Did coach Phil figure you out or did you take your foot off the gas? 5 more minutes and it looks like you couldve been in trouble.

I stepped off the gas a little bit but was also trying to work on some offense because the defense was getting us the ball back quick with a short field to score. So in efforts to run some different plays I made some poor passes which lead to picks. Looks can be deceiving because I definitely didn't feel like I was in trouble. I knew what my opponent wanted and was trying to do in both sides of the ball. So it was just a matter of putting my players in position to make play, hence the pick 6 by Shaq.

3. Good thing you have a solid defense because 185 yards total offense might not be enough to win against the Niners, Packers, or even the Texans later in the season.

As we all know defense wins games not offense but yes our total yards were lack Lester this game but when you have a defense firing on all cylinders the offense takes a back seat.

4. Obviously its a team game but do you plan to get Mike Evans more involved in the game or is he just a decoy?

Yes we would like to get Evans more involved in the game but we also do understand he has a target on his back being the number 1 WR. So of course others are going to have to step up and that is what you are seeing in the rookie Palmer.

5. You got the Saints coming up next week, any predictions?

The prediction is the BUCS coming away with the win. Like I said the South is ran by the BUCS until someone proves me otherwise!!!!

Texans Post Game Interview - Week 3 vs Jags

1. Big win today vs Coach Kenny, coming into the game, your squad were favorited. You started off pretty slow but things soon changed, what did you see out there?

Definitely started slow, but we tightened up. Gave up an explosive td due to a bust by one of our guys, but we corrected it. They tried that same play a few more times but ended up taking sacks due to our guys strapping up (pause if needed). Saw everything I expected…a lot of man coverage and basic spot drop zone on D…under center run game and bunch when a play was needed on O.

2. CJ is playing like a future AFC rookie of the year, maybe he gets AFC player of the week with that performance. He's completing about 70% of his passes and has a QBR of 111.9%. I'm sure you guys feel like the right choice was made picking him up in the draft.

CJ has been playing well, and he knows there is another level he has to ascend to. He is the face of the franchise and has accepted a leadership role on this team. He is everything we expected and more. We will continue to add weapons for him through the draft.

3. That was a clutch TD before half time. Why did you decide to throw instead of the guaranteed FG?

I have 100% confidence in CJ’s ability to make the right reads and throws. We will always aim to end our opponents, and you do that with touchdowns, not field goals.

4. Next up you have what some might call a PRIME TIME game vs Mikey and the Steelers. He's averaging around 35 points in his last 2 games. You've given up about 13 points in the last 3. This should be a really big test for you.

We play and coach a sound, physical defense. We look forward to the challenge.

5. Lastly, coach, any messages for the fans or any final thoughts on today's game?

We appreciate the support our fans showed on the road, it was a lot of red in those stands…felt like a home game. Keep bringing that juice every week, we feed off of it.

Bears Post Game Interview - Week 3 vs Chiefs

1. Coach Lowe, congrats on a must win game that had bragging rights on the line. How does it feel?

Feels good to finally be back in the winning column.

2. Your defense dominated all game, recording 5 INTs, 4 sacks, and 1 fumble recovery. Yannick and Justin gave Pat no time today. What did you guys work on this week in practice to prepare?

Just told the guys those guys on the other sideline called you out and they must have been in Boulder this weekend cuz they said "ITS PERSONAL"

3. Khalil went crazy today. 131 on 17 touches. What was his motivation today?

Told me at halftime that he was a bit sluggish in that first half and watch him work and I like what I saw.

4. You had a big catch that looked like an INT but lead to the you scoring 18 points on the left side of the field. Do you remember what happened on that play? What were you thinking?

Them boys in KC just frail DJ snatched it and housed it. Been saying all week he was gonna find the end zone this week. He told me "It is against NFL policy to cover DJ Moore man to man. It has always been a rule but with the events of last year we must have forgotten who he was. Please note that he is still the most uncoverable receiver in the league. This rule is for the safety of embarrassment to all defensive backs.

5. You're in a tough division but today showed you're not just laying down. Next up, you have the Broncos, what are your thoughts on Coach Tone and his squad?

No thoughts on him. We will prepare this week and show up come kickoff ready to play.

6. Today's win was convincing. Do you think you win again, if there's a rematch?

Is this a real question???

7. Got any words for the Bears fans today?

Bit of a rocky start to the season but we will keep things turned around so that we can continue to prove we belong.
