SFL Pick'Em -- Week 18

Week 18 of the Pick’em is here!
Final week of the regular season pick’em is here! We’re down to the wire and we have four pickers within 3 points of each other at the top of the pick’em but realistically, we have about nine pickers who could edge out a victory with the playoff pick’em points they could make (reminder: picks are worth 2 and locks are worth 4 with correct Super Bowl match-up being worth 10). I also went ahead and crossed out the people who had ARI in the Super Bowl as there’s 0 chance B makes the playoffs now. As it pertains to this last week of games, we have some AFC seeding that’s important and a possible NFC seeding that’s also important to note. In the AFC, DEN needed to win against LAC (which didn’t happen at the time of this post) in order to have the final AFC wild card locked down. With them losing, that opens the door for BUF, BAL and PIT. BUF plays against DAL in the NFC (who is also on the cusp of locking down the final NFC wild card spot). If DAL loses, BUF leap frogs DEN for the last wild card and DAL could end up losing their last playoff spot if ATL wins against TB. BAL & PIT ironically play one another so if BUF loses, one of those teams will be making the playoffs as the 7th and final AFC wild card. None of the other games truly matter as everyone else is either jostling for playoff positions or already planning their trips to irrelevancy. Either which way, the picks are locked in and we’ll see you next week for the playoff pick’em!
NOTE – As mentioned in the rules, Auto-Pilot games are automatic wins for everyone minus the two teams involved.
