After going on a two-game losing streak the Cardinals bounced back with a dominant 41-13 victory over the Colts. HC Justyn Byrd took his first losses from the Rams and Sawks since being hired in Arizona, and was not happy about it. Quarterback Kyler Murray had 185 yards through the air and 1 touchdown but the Colts couldn’t stop Murray on the ground as he rushed for 177 yards and 2 TDs including an 86 yard touchdown run. Arizona needs to make a deep run to get back into first place in the West, this won’t be easy as Arizona’s star RB David Johnson is out for 9 more weeks along with starting MLB Haasan Reddik who will miss 5 more games. We caught up with Coach after the home victory and this is what he had to say…”Yeah we’re facing injuries right now but it’s always next man up, we don’t have time to dwell on injuries so we just need to focus on playing as a unit going forward. Right now we’re just working on one game at a time.” The Cardinals will face another division rival this week, the San Fran 49ers.
