The Philedelphia Eagles have found themselves in a good position at the beggining of the season starting off 4-1. Philly started the season off strong with a 34-18 win against the Chicago Bears who eliminated them from the playoffs last season. Philly lost their next game in sloppy performance against NFC foe Falcons in a 41-17 loss, but since then the Eagles won 3 straight vs Carolina, San Diego, and Tampa Bay. On the offensive side its the same old same old, Former MVP QB Carson Wentz has been slinging the rock to his stellar WR core with Agholor, Cannon, and Jeffrey but on defense some new faces have been showing up on the field. Free and Strong safties Deionte Thompson and Chauncey Gardner-Johnson are a dual pair of rookies who have made their prescense known thus far, after moving on from long time leader Malcolm Jenkins and Rodeny McLeod these rookies have been fitting right in. The pair have 19 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 picks, and a touchdown between them. In the trenches a new starter appeared as well, longtime starting DE Brandon Graham got benched week 3 and since then Josh Sweat has replaced him and has been lighting it up, in just 2 games he has 3 sacks and 2 TFL. Philly hosts the Denver Bronocs next week in what should be an intersting game.
