The Buffalo Bills have been getting by playing ugly football on offense. The defense has kept them in games and kept games close in hopes that the offense would finally GET IT!! But alas, here we are at 4-2 as the team suffered its second loss on the season. Let's look back at the last two games vs the Titans and Texans.
vs Titans
Deon Lacy off the bench for the first QB tackle of Mariota.
The walkout on the team picked up his second INT on the season.
On a play that could have put the Titans back into the game, Safety Jordan Poyer made a hustle play and forced the touchback.
Trent Murphy continued his QB Tackle streak.
Getting to Mariota twice. It was the third straight game where Murphy recorded two QB Tackles.
vs Texans
Against the Texans, third string DE Eddie Yarborough would pick up his first QB tackle on the season.
Jerry Hughes finally got back into the action adding to his QB tackle total.
Finally, Trent Murphy would go four games in a row where he would record two QB tackles.
Murphy leads the team in QB tackles up to this point.
Shaq Lawson picked up his 2nd QB tackle on the season late in the 4th to try to give the Bills a spark. But it was too little too late.
The Bills have to find a way to pass the football to compliment a decent rushing attack.
