The Bills hosted the Rams after going 3-0 in AFC East play. The team continues to work on its personality and attitude across the board and it's starting to show up in games. When the coach was asked about the shift in team focus he said,
The last two seasons we just had guys work on their skills and it was rough sledding for sure. Now we are working on attitude. I think when you have the attitude combined with the skills it's a recipe for success.
The defense got back on the QB tackle sheet this game with 7 drops of rookie Hoke.
The party started with Matthew Ambrose off the left side of the Rams offensive line. He gave Huff major problems all game. The coaches love seeing players shine and today was an Ambrose day.
We haven't heard much from OLB Matt Miliano this season and it's a contract season for him. But even he gave the Rams LT problems as he also got to the QB off the edge.
Rookie OLB Biscuit Bennett continues strong play at the other outside linebacker position grabbing his 4th QB tackle of the season.
Solomon Dunndee is doing his best Madden 17 McKinney impersonation as he's dominating the middle of the field right now leading the team with 5 INT's. This one was his fourth.
And then later he grabbed his fifth interception of the season. As a defense, the Bills are attempting to keep pace with division rival NE for the INT crown.
The Bills best defender Ikeem Ives finally showed up a little bit in this game. Here he's shown getting his first QB tackle of the season.
It was a celebratory moment as the team would like to pay him a large contract but he's going to have to do a lot more.
In this game, he did a lot more as he dropped Hoke for a Safety late in the contest.
The Bills are back at practice getting ready for a Broncos team who likes to play them tough.
