SFL POWER RANKINGS WEEK 7
1. Chiefs (6-0)- KC made a ton of moves this offseason to revamp their offense and it’s payed off thus far. They still have 2 games versus the Raiders who are right behind them in the division standings at 5-1
2. Cowboys (6-0)- Dallas probably won’t last long near the top because of a tough schedule ahead.
3. Buccaneers (4-1)- The Bucs slide into the number three start due to a terrific start to the season. With wins versus the Giants, Falcons and Rams.
4. Browns (5-1)- The Browns are a perennial playoff contender with B as the coach. This year is no different, look for a battle between the Bengals and Browns for the AFC North.
5. Bengals (4-1)- With their only loss coming to the Jets, the Bengals have gotten off to a hot start and have their defense playing well as they are top 10 in every defensive category. Will they have enough to keep up with the Browns?
6. Eagles (4-1-1)- Their only loss came to Ronald Mcdonald. That’s all that needs to be said. Week 10
. 7. Colts (5-1)- They sit at the top of the AFC South after defeating the Texans in what was heard to be a thriller. The game was blacked out in all regions due to poo-net. The Colts are looking to make their first playoff appearance this cycle.
8. Raiders (6-1)- They’ve beat tough AFC talent however they are still chasing the chiefs for that top spot. If Mike can keep his team rolling they should see the playoffs once again in Oakland.
9. Saints (4-2)- Kale had a huge divisional win versus the Falcons in week 6. He’ll look to carry that momentum for his game with the Colts. This team will go as far as Blake Bortles will take them.
10. Patriots (4-2)- Austin has built a tremendous squad and with the addition of Myles Jack this team has nowhere to go but up.
11. Texans (4-3)- The Texans are off to a relatively slow start which may surprise owners around league. However, their schedule doesn’t get any easier.
12. Cardinals (4-3)- After starting 4-0 Arizona has dropped their last three games and are now officially in a playoff chase with the CPU Seahawks.
13. Falcons (3-4)-The Falcons have had a tough start to the season but look for Q to turn it around as he is awaiting the return of Julio Jones. Expect to see Atlanta in the playoffs.
14. Vikings (4-2)- Minnesota acquired a new QB in the offseason, it’s taken some time, but he has finally gotten a hold of the offense putting up crazy numbers in his last three games.
15. Jets (4-1-1)- The Jets owner has built himself a nice squad however he is ranked low because he lost to the Ravens.
16. Panthers (3-3)- The Panthers are in arguably the toughest division in the SFL but find themselves at .500. An alarming stat is Cam Newton has only thrown for 4 touchdowns as of week 7.
17. Seahawks (3-3)- Don’t know people won’t smarten up and take sim wins but if Matt returns this season look for them to shoot up the power rankings.
18. Chargers (2-5)- The Chargers come in at a shocking 2-5 but with unlucky losses to the Jaguars and Browns, I believe LA can still play spoiler if they fall all the way out of the playoff race.
19. Bears (2-3)- The Bears are hit or miss. They’ll shock everyone by winning a game they couldn’t imagine winning or they’ll lose a game they are expected to win. DeAndre Love is a problem.
20. Giants (4-3)- New York has a tremendous offense, but their defense is rather lackluster. If they can figure out things on the defensive side of the ball, they’re in good shape to get back in the playoffs.
21. Lions (2-4)- The Lions have been in some hard-fought games. They have a huge matchup tonight versus the Vikings. This is close to a must win for Detroit.
22. Bills (2-4)- LB has the best defense in the league but a less than stellar offense has him near the bottom of the power rankings.
23. Packers (3-3)- Turk is back into the race for the infamous NFC North crown. So far it seems to be a 2-horse race between him and Jason.
24. Jaguars (2-4)- The Jags acquired Jimmy Garrapollo via trade and look to have finally solidified the QB position. Hopefully Jimmy can change things around in Jacksonville.
25. Ravens (2-5)- The Ravens two wins on the season have been versus some solid opponents however some of their losses have come from rather weak opponents.
26. Titans (1-5)- I still don’t know if Codie is playing his games because he’s been very quiet in the chat compared to last season when he was 7-1.
27. Broncos (1-6)- Robb has had a rough go so far in madden 18, maybe madden 19 will treat him better.
28. Dolphins (1-6)- Baker Mayfield is a stud QB for the Dolphins. I hope Andy can turn his team around and compete in a tough AFC East.
29. 49ers (1-5)- An injury plagued season for the niners has resulted in the step forward I thought they may take this season.
30. Rams (0-6)- CPU team. Would expect them to climb the power rankings one the owner can play again.
31. Steelers (2-5)- Roasted Goins about the Ravens not making the playoffs then proceeded to win versus him in madden.
32. Redskins (0-6)- The new owner has had a rough go of it so far this season, help has been offered to him I hope he takes it.
