The Bills were in a tightly heated contest with division foe NY Jets and the game came down to the last drive. Shady McCoy put the football on the ground and cost the Bills the football game, losing 14-13. He's up for a contract too. He won't be resigned. The team did, however, bounce back against the Baltimore Ravens with a 27-13 victory. Let's look at the defensive highlights from both games.
Shaq Lawson registered his 2nd QB Tackle of the season as the pass rush was only average against the Jets.
Rookie OLB Zack Paup also registered his first QB tackle of the season on Bridgewater.
Ben Heeney picked off Bridgewater late in the 2nd half to keep the game in the Bills favor.
Preston Brown picked off Bridgewater in the scoring zone to keep the Jets out of the endzone and continue to give the Bills offense another chance.
Tre White got in on the QB festivities against the Baltimore Ravens dropping the Ravens signal caller early in the game.
Late in the game FS Jordan Poyer tipped an ill-advised pass intended for Breshad Perriman.
Solomon Dundee ran under the tipped pass to create another turnover for the Bills defense.
The Bills are back at practice as they prepare for another showdown with the New York Jets.
