The Bills defense had their best performance of the season thus far making life difficult for the Drew Brees led Jaguars offense. The big focus going into the game was on Leonard Fournette. The defense stifled Fournette allowing just 6 rushing yards.
It was a great day for Bills Safety Micha Hyde shown here dropping Brees and stripping him of the football.
The fumble was picked up by Middle Linebacker Preston Brown who rumbled into the endzone for a score.
Hyde also dropped Brees again on another Safety Blitz that accounted for a critical stop forcing the Jags into and 3rd and long situation.
Hyde showed up in pass defense as well. Here he picks off one of Brees' passes and sets the offense up to score.
Rookie CB Klein continues to have an impact for the Bills defense. This is the second week in a row the rookie grabbed an interception.
Raced down the sidelines.
And turned it into points.
From there it was all about the Bills rookie defensive linemen who finally started showing their potential.
On three occasions we saw the linemen beat their blockers around the edge.
Thanks to their relentless pursuit, Brees was never comfortable in the pocket.
The Bills have a divisional rivalry game against the Patriots on deck and are putting a game plan together for the Patriots.
