The San Diego Chargers took the road Monday night against the Cleveland Browns and escaped with a 29-20 victory. The win pushes the Chargers to 3-4 on the season, a far cry better than their 0-4 start.
The offense was rolling again this week putting up 415 yards of offense. 2 turnovers inside the RZ halted scoring drives and kept this game close. "I wish we would have put the Browns away but it's good our guys got to play a close game for 4 qtrs and still get the W. It'll help us in the long run, said Coach Stone."
QB Dillon Hollenbach threw for 374 yards 2 TD's and 3 Ints (GARBAGE BALL HAWK)

WR Alonzo Russell 6 catches for 80 yards 1 TD
The defense played A TON of snaps against Cleveland. "I'm so proud of our defense, said Coach Stone. They guys showed a ton of heart and guts." Cleveland attempted 51 attempts and rushed 13 times for a total of 64 offensive plays. "Anytime you can face a team and they run 64 plays and you hold them to 20 points (14 in reality, 7 came from a pick 6) it speaks about the true grit of your defense, said Stone."

3 Chargers each had 1 INT a piece. LB-Perriman, CB-Scott, and CB-Nesbitt
SD Chargers moved to 3-4 on the year. Next week they take on the Tenneesse Titans on the road. It's another big AFC matchup for the Chargers.
