The Champs have had a very exciting last 3 weeks, literally. After NOT winning the division, again (seems to be a theme at this point), Atlanta had to go on the road and play 4 defensive owners just to hoist the trophy that so many owners covet. At first the Falcons won a snooze fest with the Lions who probably played his best game of the season. After that, ATL went to St. Louis to win against the 15-1 Rams who defeated the Falcons in the previous year's divisional round. In the NFFCG, Atlanta met up with his nemesis, #AtrociousConnection #AnalChipotleisArt and ended his season for the second year in a row. The championship game was a bit different. This was a rematch of a previous Superbowl in which the Falcons were actually the "Home Team" vs the heavily favored Ravens. Despite "Blueprint Gate" and the Panthers selling every known secret to knock the Falcons title aspirations, they perservered anyway and won the championship. (Editor's note: Does that count as 1 title or 1.5?)
Which brings us to now. ATL has moved some of it's key pieces in the offseason in an attempt to get younger. Regardless of all that, the "Rinnegan Offense" has been moving as expected as the Falcons have handed losses to Turk's 9ers and Dubb's Saints. Despite all of this, Atlanta has stayed humble. This weeks' rematch is a preseason rematch vs the Chiefs in which ATL forced multiple turnovers and knows that JukeEm will be more prepared this time. Either which way, in the words of Willy Mo, ATL's "Always Ready."
