The Dallas Cowboys lost their second straight game, and the offense looked terrible for the second straigh game. The Ravens stymied the Cowboys with their trademark defense from Coach Lbz and the Cowboys never really got the offense off the ground. Tony Romo got the start at Qb after a woefol performance from Ryan Mallet in the season opener. Romo wasnt much better as he went 13-27 for 150 yards and 4 interceptions. RB Keevon Arnold was strong against a stout defense carry 17 times for 76 yards and his first touchdown of the season.
The Cowboys defense did show signs of life as they played a tough first half against the Ravens. Sean Lee was active and registered his first interception of the season and led the team in tackles. But the defense was routinely put in bd positions due to the poor play at the QB spot. Romo is a shell of his former self and it was evident in the game. Romo severely underthrew several deep passes and missed his wrs all game long. Gavin Escobar filled in for Jason Witten who missed his 2nd game due to injury. Escobar had 4 catches for 60 yards. Henry Melton and 1st round pick, Hansen Boone also sat out his second straight game. Hansen Boone has been rehabbing and the Cowboys hope he can return to the field for week 3's game against rival Redskins.
