It was mighty difficult to pick out a defensive star from this game. Do we go DE Demarcus Lawrence who forced a MAJOR fumble after getting to QB Bobby Braxton at the 7 yard line going in? Or perhaps DE Joey Bosa who, again, was an absolute menace in this game as he forced a couple of bad passes and got himself a half of a QB tackle? The real heros of this game were the three with whom forced 3 4th quarter INTs on back-to-back-to-back drives to seal the game. Rookie FS Andrew Day started off the pick-a-palooza after P Pat O'Donnell pinned the Lions offense at the 1 with a beautiful punt. "After I got my pick, I told the fellas that the time was now. We had to get hot and that's exactly what we did." said the young FS who has more than admirably filled FS Sean Taylor Jr.'s shoes after he was traded at the beginning of the season.
