HOU clinches division with WIN Week 17 AND IND Loss Week 16 AND IND Loss Week 17

TEN eliminated with Loss Week 16 OR Loss Week 17 OR JAC Win Week 16 OR JAC Win Week 17 OR LAC Win Week 16 OR Week 17 OR DEN Win Week 16 OR DEN Win Week 17 (You get the idea)

JAC clinches playoff spot with Win Week 16 AND Win Week 17(Denver and Los Angeles Chargers would be eliminated)

LAC clinches playoff spot with Win Week 16 AND Win Week 17 AND Jac Loss Week 16 or Week 17

DEN clinches playoff spot with Win Week 16 AND Win Week 17 AND JAC Loss Week 16 OR Week 17

Those are just some of the simple AFC Wild Card scenarios...there's a lot more that will come down to 4th or 5th tiebreakers(common opponents or strength of victory) so God knows what Madden will do with that. Denver seems to lose most of the tiebreakers between both Jags and Chargers. 

Seeding

1. Indianapolis Colts 13-1/Houston Texans 13-2(Whoever wins this division gets 1 seed)

2. Oakland Raiders clinches 2 seed with WIN Week 17 OR BAL Loss Week 16 or Week 17

    Baltimore Ravens clinch 2 seed with WIN Week 16 AND Win Week 17 AND OAK Loss Week 17

3. Oakland Raiders or Baltimore Ravens depending on above ^

4. Buffalo Bills clinched 4 seed

5. Whoever comes in 2nd AFC South(HOU or IND)

6. Whoever comes out of the clusterfuck of the AFC Wild Card 2
