Matt Hall throws down the gauntlet after NFL announces this is the end

With the announcement that the NFL would be folding following the 2023 season, Eagles WR Matt Hall held an impromptu press conference in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
 

"First off, this isn't just about me...this is for all the guys who have worked beside me these past few seasons. We have worked our asses off, we've bled, we have fought through physical and mental pain...and they are just going pull the plug before we have gotten our proper due?? We are absolutely not happy, but I am not here to harp on that. 
 

I am here to let you guys know we are putting our full focus on making 2023 the Year of the Eagle. We have quietly built one of the best teams in the league and I am not going to keep it a secret anymore!"
 

"Having said that, this league is chock full of great players and great teams and we know it won't be easy, we know that we will have to bring our A game every week, and need to have Lady Luck on our side. We aren't delusional that we can will this team to a Super Bowl. But I also want to make absolutely clear....do not fucking sleep on the Philadelphia Eagles."
