Eagles defeat Seahawks, Opens door for Vikings playoff berth

With the Eagles dismantling the Seahawks earlier today, the Vikings playoff hopes have officially been revived! Off life support the Vikings once again control their own destiny. It's simple, win and in. Lose and sulk for the entire offseason, once again preaching to anyone who listen "there's always next year"

The Vikings have been wildly inconsistent this season. With that being said they had a chance to clinch in week 16 when the hosted the Bucs. Win and in, lose and lose the head to head tiebreaker, essentially ending the season, barring a perfect storm.

The only way the Vikings could get invited to the dance now is for the Bucs to lose and The Vikings win (Vikes have h2h tiebreak with Eagles) . OR to end in a three way tie between Tampa Bay and Philadelphia. Which meant All three teams must win. Tampa won, Philly won.... can Minnesota do their part against the 2-13 Bears? Not so fast, it's a division game with 2 coaches who know each other very well. The Bears swept Minnesota in 2020. And let's not forget when head coach Krayzie was in New England he was faced with a win and in lose and out scenario. His opponent was none other than the 3-12 Bears and coach Remo. The Bears dominate that game.

Wednesday night we'll see if the Vikings can hold their end of the bargain.
