Saints came through in the clutch after Rodgers mistake to grab a win over a very good Rams team. After tieing the game up in the fourth quarter on Rodgers 3rd touchdown pass to Kamara, Saints win the toss in overtime and take the ball. After the scramble drill, Rodgers attempted to make a play instead of throwing the ball away and with the way the Rams were starting to move the ball, the Saints were in trouble. Very next play, Randy Gregory creates just a little bit of pressure to force bad throw from Goff that went straignt to Gardner-Johnson to give the ball right back to Rodgers and the Saints in field goal range. 3 plays later, Lutz kicks the game winner!!!! Saints were led through the air by Aaron Rodgers going 25 for 36 for 426 yards with 3 touchdowns but 4 interceptions. Alvin Kamara was held in check for the second game in a row on 13 rushes for just 13 yards. Mike Evans had a field day catching 8 passes for 218 yards and 2 touchdowns. Gardner-Johnson clinched the game on defense with the only turnover the Saints could muster but it came at a perfect time!!! Saints win!!! Saints go on the road next week to face the Seahawks.
