Saints Fall Short to Steelers in Week One

In Week One action of MOF Season 58, the Saints fell short to the Steelers in a close matchup 35-31.  Saints were very eager to see what the new tools on offense was going to look like and they did not disappoint!!!! Aaron Rodgers debut was awesome as he completed 26 of 35 passes for 396 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Kamara led the limited ground attack with 42 yards on 9 carries and 1 touchdown.  Receiving corp was led my Mike Thomas with 6 catches and 118 yards and 1 touchdown.  Defense actually played decent forcing a turnover and getting 5 sacks on Watson but it wasn't enough as they had two completely blown coverages in the second half with one of those blown coverages happening on the game winning drive for the Steelers.  Defense was led by Gardner-Johnson with 2 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 sack.  Saints head home for their home season opener against the Rams in week 2 to try to bounce back from this tough loss.
