Due to issues at Oklahoma, and being unsure of his next college destination; Spencer Rattler has decided to forego the season 40 MickeyLeague draft in order to get back on track!!!! Spencer Rattler has announced he plans to enter the Season 41 MickeyLeague draft however!!!!
