Rewards & Incentives

As the season comes to a close, teams that DO NOT have Force Losses or Fair Sims in the final four weeks of the season will be rewarded with a Normal Development to Star Development of their choice in the resign stage of offseason following the Super Bowl.

Additionally, as posted in the current standings and spoiler rewards if you're not yet locked into the playoffs and win, you earn an additional Normal to Star development increase of your choice. 

Lastly, in Weeks 17 and 18 only. AFC & NFC Offensive & Defensive Players of the Week of not yet locked playoff teams receive an automatic development boost to the next stage.
