Da Chicago Bears complete a shutout win for the second week in a row by defeating the Oakland Raiders 26-0. Da Bears utilized another slow paced game and relied on their defense for the win. QB Mitchell Trubisky is in somewhat of a groove after completing 6 of 9 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown. RB Kerrith White had a solid game of  87 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. But once again, it was the defense that outshined the offense. The defense forced 3 turnovers and held the Raiders to a total of 118 yards of offense. After their second shutout in a row, Da Bears are currently holding their opponents to 10 points a game, which is the lowest in the NFL. One big shoutout goes to Bears kicker Eddie Pineiro for going 4 for 4 on field goals for the game. HC Barry McCockinner commented after the game, “The team looked solid out there, but they’d look more solid with Tarik Cohen in the backfield. Who needs a collarbone to play football anyways?”

Da Bears (4-1) are taking a week off for their bye in week 6.
