The Packers wrapped up yet another strong regular season, finishing 15-1 and claiming the #1 seed in the NFC. For the 2nd year in a row, the team featured the #1 scoring defense in the NFL, and finished in the top 5 in most other categories. Offensively, the team finished 9th in the league in points scored, featuring an efficient offense led by Jordan Love that minimized turnovers. For the first time in years, the team did not feature a 1000 yard rusher or receiver. HB Aaron Jones led the team in rushing with 827 yards, and Davante Adams yet again led the team in receiving with 957 yards. Rookie TE Chris Bolton emerged as a major factor in the team's offense following the the trade of David Njoku, accumulating over 600 yards and 5 TDs. Defensively, EDGE Rashan Gary led the team in sacks with 9, with a disappointing Za'Darius Smith finishing with 5. Jaire Alexander and Darnell Savage led the team in INTs with 6 each, as Adrian Amos had his first season without an INT since he joined the Packers. Following their first-round bye, the team's defense showed up to play in a divisional round matchup against the Saints, leading the team to an impressive win and setting up a matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the NFC Championship.
