11. Chicago Bears: (6-10) Ranoy Dever, T - UCLA
With Robbie Massie set to depart in free agency at the conclusion without a qualifying offer, the Bears will be in the market for an offensive tackle heading into the offseason and the draft. In what projects to be a lean FA class, the Bears look to the draft and pick up Dever who projects to be a starter on the right side at the professional level. His athleticism will be a key asset when dealing with the league's premier rushers on Sundays.
12. New York Jets: (6-10) Sherrod Mclean, C - Florida State
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: (7-9) Victor Rutledge, HB - Clemson
14. Seattle Seahawks: (7-9) Antoine Derr, S - Stanford
15. Oakland Raiders: (7-9) Marquee Sweeting, ILB - Ole Miss
Sweeting figures to be a solid upgrade over incumbent Brandon Marshall at the ILB spot for Las Vegas as they look to challenge the Chargers for AFC West supremacy. Sweeting is far and away the best tackler in this class and would help tremendously on a defense that will have to deal with Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay four times a year for the forseeable future.
16. Minnesota Vikings: (7-9) Allen Fletcher, WR - Ole Miss
17. Denver Broncos: (8-8) Griffin Grunhard, ILB - UCLA
18. Pittsburgh Steelers: (8-8) Curry Bars, S - Oregon
19. Atlanta Falcons: (8-8) Parker Leonard, EDGE - East Carolina
20. Tennessee Titans: (8-8) Jordan Lim, C - Georgia
The Titans boast one of the more balanced rosters in the league, but in order for them to ascend into the AFC's elite their offensive line play will need to improve for them to reach the next level. Lim's IQ will set him apart at the next level and will give much needed assurance to QB Marcus Mariota.
