Hello Genesis League & Jets Fans!

We have some BIG news to announce. Christopher Johnson Jets team owner has said in the news this week he has hired a new media team. He also said that he is close to hiring an assistant GM to Mike Maccagnan who is currently the GM. Maccagnan will be working close in hand with team owner Christopher Johnson. That's all we know at this time. So as any good reporter does they reach out to their sources. I did and rumors are that Johnson could possibly bring in Ferreira Sr. Yep that's correct coach Bano Jr's father. A few other names as well, but Sr's name was or seemed to be the first name from everyone. We shall see what Johnson does.

So Johnson buys a media team! That's BIG news. Second bit of news. A new hire? Team owner Christopher Johnson said earlier this week "I'm close to hiring an assistant GM" OK so Maccagnan will be less involved in the day to day operations. From what I'm hearing. Now as I mentioned earlier "rumors" are that former XCFL Owner/GM/Coach AlFerreira Sr. will take the job. After hearing this I immediately contacted coach Ferreira Jr. for a comment. Well wouldn't you know it. I've yet to hear back from him. I know he is a busy man and prepping a team for a game vs the Broncos. Now here is another bit of info I'll share. I know both of these men. I know they talk often, but how often is it in Florham Park, NJ? These two have never worked together in this matter before, but as you know have coached against one another. Or does Johnson bypass that potential disaster? Or does he pull the trigger! I mean it’s a perfect storyline either way! #dramasells
