LEAGUE RULEBOOK
In Game (Offense)
• No cheese plays offensively or defensively.
• No plays can be called twice in a row (option plays permitted)
• Must run the ball ten times a game and throw fifteen times
• Running backs must split carries. For every 7 carries your starter gets your backup must get 3. 70/30 season split. *The same with TDs 70/30 Split.
• If your quarterback throws 3 interceptions he must be benched.
• If you are ahead 28+ points at half your starting QB and RB must be benched unless a comeback is happening. Also if you’re up 20+ after the 3rd quarter. At 49 points starting QB and RB must be benched if it’s a blowout.
• Once a RB hits 200 yards he must be benched in a cpu game. Players are only allowed 1 “big game” every 2 weeks. (RB over 200 and WR over 200) *dev games allowed
• A wide receiver can only catch 30% of your teams total passes in a game and in the season as a whole. (3 of every 10 passes) *keep in mind the best receiver last year caught for 1,725 yards on 149 receptions. This was a league high in both. One even an NFL record.
In Game (Defense)
• Players must stay in their zone. (Linebackers can move between hashes and sideline and go as deep as the safety starts the play).
• Players must play where the play designs them to.
• No excessive “adjustments”. QB contain and a QB spy with a defensive lineman or linebacker is allowed. (This relies more on play calling as a coach)
• If a linebacker is in spy he can not spy as well as play his previously designated zone.
GM/Offseason
• 3 trades per team per season during trade window, 2 offseason trades.
• You can only trade for one extra first round pick.
• Once trade opens up in offseason, everyone must be on before offseason trading starts. (Everyone gets a chance at a good pick.)
• You can resign 4 76+ overall players and franchise tag 1. (4 in all)
• During the draft you can trade away your picks however many times you want.
• You can only trade into the top 10 once every 3 seasons.
• You can’t trade for CPU SS/XF Players
• CAP PENALTIES WILL NOT BE CLEARED
Advancement
• Advance will be at 11pm every other night. If that time can not be met, make it known hours before. If you’re last one you will be simmed. (First sim will be force win, second sim in a row will be straight sim.)
• Early advance is possible if all users play
• User vs User games will not be waited for more than 72 hours.
• Internet permitting, all user games must be streamed.
Repercussions
• First offense- Starting QB benched for 1 week.
• Second- Starting QB and RB benched for 2 weeks
• Third- Starting QB, RB, and best defensive player suspended for a user game.
• Fourth- Starting QB suspended for half of season
• Fifth- Starting QB suspended for half of season and post season.
If A Trade or Resign Rule is Broken
• Resign- User can keep 3 that he would like to keep and cut the others during free agency week 1. (This way CPU doesn’t snatch him before users get a chance)
• If a trade for player rule is broken that player must be traded back to the team and if they won’t take the same trade, you have to add something. League management will not help with salaries or any of the sort.
• If a pick rule is broken that first round pick will be traded to a random user for a practice squad player.
IF THERE IS AN X-FACTOR OR SALARY GLITCH THE COMMISSIONER WILL HANDLE IT JUST LET IT BE KNOWN.
ANYONE CAUGHT CHEATING IN ANY OTHER WAY WILL GET PLAYERS SUSPENDED OR ANY OTHER REPERCUSSION DEEMED NECESSARY.
