The Ravens are on a 4 game winning streak and looking to continue against the  Cincinnati Bengals. After downing the New England Patriots last week the Ravens look to continue improving on offense. Lamar Jackson earned is 2nd player of the week award with a great performance against the Patriots.

The Giants fall to 2-6 after a defeat to the Lions 45-31. The Giants defense struggled again, but the offense almost made up for it. Giants were down 31-16, at one point. The offense put up 15 unanswered points to tie the game. Lions with under 3 minutes left in the game converted a screen into a long TD. That screed TD proves to be the back breaker. Daaa Bears pull out a 45-23 win against the LA Chargers. This brings the bears to 4-3 on the season and puts them right back in the thick of the division race. Tarik Cohen had a huge day running 17 times for 170 yards and 4TDs and adding 4 catches for 29 yards. Cohen wasn't the only Bears RB to have a good game. Mike davis carried the ball 6 times for 38 yards and a TD. Rookie RB David Montgonery got carries late in the game, 5 carries, 32 yrds, 1TD. After winning the first game of the season the Ravens hit a hard 3 game losing streak. After winning the last two games the Ravens are now sitting  at 3-4. Coach Harbough is looking to improve the team overall during the bye week. “We need to look at using are weapons more on O and getting the defense more aggressive.” Coach Harbough said during his media time. We will see if the Ravens come out with something next week.

This was easily the toughest loss of the season for us. Coming in we thought we had a great week of practice and fixed some of our previous struggles. Darnold improved this game despite no help in the run game and Robby Anderson leaving early with a bruised sternum. Patriots had a great game plan early and it’s my job to adjust. Another familiar result in New York this week. Jets unable to run the ball and block for Darnold. Darnold struggles again with 3 ints, 2 picks 6s. The season isn’t lost yet but until Gase is able to figure out how to get the ball moving for NY I’m not sure how they will be able to compete against the better teams. Giants couldn’t get much going vs the Cardinals. Giants offense couldn’t get much going what so ever. They were able to score 15 points because of 2 long plays. Other then that, not much. They got in FG range one other time, but QB Jones threw the ball to late and the Cards D picked it off. The offense wasn’t the only part struggling that game. The Giants win against the Pats 25-23. Giants were able to run the ball very well today. Barclay ahd 100yds and Gallman scores the only rushing TD. That’s right, the 25 points the Giants scored, only 1 was a TD. The giants couldn’t punch it in, they kicked 6 field goals. One of the field goals by Rosas was 62 yards. The sturggles for Mitch Trubisky continue against the Oakland Raiders. Oakland got out to an early 14-0 lead that was too much to overcome for a run heavy Bears offense. Trubisky was 10-17 for 117 with 1 int. The Bears run game continued to look great with the two headed attack of Tarik Cohen(15 car, 110 yrds, 2TDs) and Mike Davis(10 car, 89 yrds, TD).
