This was easily the toughest loss of the season for us. Coming in we thought we had a great week of practice and fixed some of our previous struggles. Darnold improved this game despite no help in the run game and Robby Anderson leaving early with a bruised sternum. Patriots had a great game plan early and it’s my job to adjust. We need to be able to find ways to get yards on the ground to keep a balanced offensive attack. Patriots adjust rushing 3 and play man coverage. Defensively I thought he played great again. New England couldn’t run the ball but Brady with a clean pocket was able to complete big play after play. Was really impressed to see how theyve adjusted and felt we were one stop away from taking momentum. On to next week against Jacksonville.
