As hard as they tried to give it away, the Niners made the playoffs, don't ask how. A back and forth offense that shined with the run one week put up goose eggs the next. A big part of the swing was the injury to DT Armstead who prior to the injury was wrecking shop game after game. His pressure up the middle gave QBs fits. With the new 14-team expanded playoff format comes some intriguing matchups going into the final two weeks of the Madden 21 SFL season 1. The Niners out ran the Cowboys on the road to keep pace with the remaining playoff contenders. San Francisco HB R. Mostert ran for a career high 228 yards and 3 touchdowns. Mostert broke a 75 yard untouched run in the 1st quarter to help set the tone for the day. The early success turned out to be needed as the Cowboys mounted a comeback in the 2nd half. Jimmy G. Several people have been understandably frustrated with the perceived lack of INTs in the league. The issue isn't a lack of INTs at all, but rather the overused visual that Madden produces in its animations for pass break-ups. The latest SFL League Office PED report is out for week 12.  The good news is one QB (Baker Mayfield of the Browns) was able to get himself under the limit.  The bad news is Kyler Murray was added to the list so there remains 5 QBs on the watch list.  The RBs also added their first member in Green Bay Packer Aaron Jones.  All of the WRs from the original watch list were able to get themselves right with league officials, but the TE group did add Jared Cook of the Saints...
