NFC South
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – After winning multiple Championships with a mediocre roster, el capitan of the infamous Havoc clan, Lynchy has received an upgrade in a Tampa team that’s looking to win it all. Playing in Tom Brady’s swan song season, he’ll look to bring the GOAT his final and most unattainable goal. A 10YF Championship ring.
Carolina Panthers – Grad school has yet to slow Syndicate down in his Madden endeavors. Now after a tumultuous year of trolling, he’s finally back in Carolina where he belongs. Will the addition of Baker Mayfield help, or hurt his chances of returning to 10YF glory? This division is going to be tough, that’s for certain. Will his Cover 2 continue to baffle Lynchy? Stay tuned to find out kids.
New Orleans Saints – Well, the boy is back home. Kui is finally playing with his real-life team. Some say he’s lost a step; some say that his work schedule cleaning up America’s disasters is too time consuming for him to ever return back to his old glory days where he was contending perennially? Can he make Jameis a 10YF contender? Will Meander join his squad again? Why is the sky blue? Why is water wet? So many questions going into this season for our 2nd in command.
Atlanta Falcons – If you’ve paid any attention to 10YF over the years or have had the (dis)pleasure of watching any of Cav’s streams, you’ll know that he’s not here to win. Nope. Acquiring draft picks, saving money and the comradery of the league is what he’s here for. How long will it be before we see Kyle Pitts (The allien) on the block? My guess is sooner than later.
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys – One thing about Alkhalde, he got time today, cuh! After a SB in the safe mode season, and an ample amount of time to practice for M23, 10YF’s premier ‘stick wiggler’ is prepared to show the rest of the league that stellar DLine play isn’t the only thing that he brings to the table. He has his eyes set on bringing that elusive trophy back to Dallas and looking to prove that they only flop in the playoffs in real life.
Philadelphia Eagles – One thing about bhruuw is that he’s going to bring a solid product to the table every season. Can the old man continue his gritty style of tough defense and efficient offense in Philly after 2 years of playing in GB? One thing is almost certain, after a playoff run last season, these Eagles look dangerous. Let’s hope that injuries can derail this train.
NY Giants –Although CoachFlood doesn’t give a shit about the health of his RBs after they play, he does care about winning, unfortunately his roster make-up doesn’t seem to be built for that at this juncture. Can he find a way to make this Giants team competitive this season? Probably. Will Saquon finish the season off of IR?
Washington Commanders–Grace, class, intelligence, all in a lovely and dashingly handsome package. KodiiRockets has exemplified everything that not only a Madden user, but a man should be. Unfortunately, Carson Wentz deficiencies may be too much for this great man to overcome this season, but this team will be a tough out, that’s for sure. Time to go full Commando!
NFC North
Green Bay Packers – Leading our only division that has all 4 users playing with their favorite team brings an added element to the 10YF skreets. After another 10YF Championship year, can Jazzy hold serve in the NFC Norris? Or has the Ayahuasca gotten the best of ARodg and his better days are behind him? In Skunkgrass we Trust. Still, FTP.
Chicago Bears – After a tumultuous cycle with the Rams that saw Daniel Jones not only traded for, but resigned, can JDzero overcome his roster building issues with one of the worst teams in the league? I doubt it, but we’re rooting for him anyway since he has the greatest team in the world. #BearDown
Minnesota Vikings – Occasionally popping in the chat with some side eyed comment is RWs best feature, that’s if you discount Minnesota’s perpetual state of mediocrity during his 10YF tenure. He’s doing a bang-up job of keeping things ‘sim’ in that regard. Can an improved offense get him over the hump? Eff this team. Bears in 6
Detroit Lions – Can 5 episodes of Hard Knocks be what AngelicProphet needs to bring GRIT to 10YF’s Detroit baby cubs? One thing is for certain, even if the record doesn’t show it every season, everyone knows that they’re in for a dogfight when Detroit is on the schedule. Nothing is given. If this is the team that can and will, what can they do? What will they do? Nothing probably, but Warden will have these bums ready to play every Sunday, for sure.
NFC West
LA Rams – Last year’s SB winners have an owner that’s unfamiliar to most in 10YF, but jordandagreat24 has championship pedigree from another league and he’s looking to bring his winning ways to the Rams this year. Can he fend off the rest of the NFC West to claim a title here? We’ll see if he can succeed #NewGuy
San Francisco 49ers – nickysavage hates everything every other day about this game, if he’s not winning, he’s whining. But playing with his hometown team, he continually proves to be a tough out every season of every cycle. Between wrestling and band practice, he still finds time to be an absolute menace on the sticks. Perhaps this is the year that he brings the title back home to the bay.
Arizona Cardinals – After an interesting cycle in MIA that saw shonejohn quit the league, then backtrack within 12 hours, then proceed to have them fighting for a playoff spot, we’ll see if the Cards are a better fit for 1/3 of the born family clan. This division will be tough, for sure.
Seattle Seahawks – Will playing in 4,845 offline rebuild franchises be enough to keep this awful Seahawks team out of the cellar this season? I doubt it. Escobar certainly has enough team building experience to do so, but we feel the roster may hold him back and keep these Seahawks in a tough spot all season long.
AFC WEST
KC Chiefs – Saundco is back with his home team. Can he navigate the arms race that is the AFC West with the loss of his biggest weapon? Can he hold off the Canadians in his division to keep the winning ways going in KC? This division is going to be an absolute battle all cycle and who knows how this one will go this year.
LV Raiders – Last cycle saw McNic11 take a Jaguars squad from the cellar of 10YF to a playoff team in our safe mode season. This year he’s in Las Vegas with a lot of new weaponry after the Raiders off season acquisitions. I suspect this team is going to do quite a bit of damage this season, but we’ll see how this goes.
LA Chargers – After a switch to the NFC, our resident schedule nazi Sueppel is back in the saddle as the owner of the Chargers. This division is tough and after a late start, we’ll see if he’s prepared for what’s to come in what looks like the only division that very well could have 4 playoff teams in it. I wouldn’t want to play any of these teams twice per season, that’s for damn sure.
Denver Broncos – Mckenna52 struggled out of the gate last cycle, but he ended up acclimating himself to our league and ended up being an extremely tough out. This season, he’s here from the start and will be able to build his team as he pleases. Will the addition of Russ be enough to get him over the hump in this division? Broncos Country let’s RIDE!!!
AFC North
Cincinnati Bengals – After an absolutely underwhelming cycle, born is back and hoping to help last year’s SB runner up to finish the job. A rebuilt line in Cincy might be enough for him to piece it back together and get back to his winning ways. Unless there’s a surprise from one of the other teams in the AFC North, he might run away with this one division.
Baltimore Ravens – Worst internet in the league? Check. Most hated in the league? Now that coach Mac is in baguette heaven, Check. What adot lacks in skill, he more than makes up for in league chatter. This year’s promise is that he will bring this team to playoff glory, we’ll see if once again, he ends up with the proverbial pie in the face.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Our resident educator DeJohn has seen a marketed decrease in production over the past few cycles, we’re just happy to have him back after a tumultuous real-life year. Will he roll with the yinzer native rookie at QB, or the titty kisser? We’ll find out soon enough what this team can do this season.
Cleveland Browns – Hard times for SmashMouth after ageing out of using his beloved Cowboys. The good thing is that he can no longer blame Dak for his lack of passing prowess, now he has…gulp… Jacoby Brissett. This season will be rough until Watson returns, but he likes to run the ball and he can do that in gobs with Chubb and Hunt. This may be our biggest surprise of this division.
AFC South
Indianapolis Colts – An apparent obsession with Philip Rivers isn’t the only thing ¼ of our Canadians, mpunwin brings to the table. He likes to run that rock, with Jonathan Taylor getting a real QB with the acquisition of Matt Ryan, this team may be contending for a 10YF SB this year. There’s hope in Indy that “Big Phil” will lead these Colts to the promised land.
Tennessee Titans – After removing the Havoc clan from his name, Zep is looking to start anew. After drafting Malik Willis last cycle, he’s back with his guy, but the word on the streets is that making himself a threat with King Henry this cycle is the only way to keep him from throwing 40 interceptions per season. I don’t know if this is true, I only know what I’ve heard. Don’t shoot the messenger.
Jacksonville Jaguars – Throughout his tenure, druuw has proven 2 things. He’s a formidable foe and builds a solid team and collapses when the weather gets cold. Will bringing his spread offense to Jacksonville provide enough of a culture change to Duval County to make this team a winner? Or will this roster be too much for him to overcome? I think the former, but we’ll see.
Houston Texans – From the Jets last cycle to the Texans in TWO leagues this year. One thing is for certain, Mike D. is a glutton for punishment folks. This team is awful, nothing good to say there. I don’t know any man with the mental fortitude to help this awful franchise improve. We’ll see what can be done to build solid foundation in Houston this year. A tall task, to say the least.
AFC EAST
Buffalo Bills – Knickerbocker ended up making this Buffalo team his last cycle. He’s back in the saddle with them and looking to rule the AFC East with an Iron Fist. Honestly, we’re not sure if any of these other teams can compete with Dawson Knox, let alone the addition of Von Miller to this team. Buffalo thinks this may be their year to bring the hardware home.
New England Patriots – Our last member of the Havoc clan, Cakes is in New England with his lord and savior McCorkle Jones leading this team. Can he continue the success that the Patriots saw last cycle? Will he continue his fringe playoff run as he did last cycle? Stay tuned for these and other exciting developments in NE this season.
New York Jets – Sometimes we watch our friends in abusive relationships, there’s nothing we can really do, but watch it happen and wish for the best for them. After leaving this relationship and seeing success last cycle, like most abusive situations, Joey D’s love for his Jets has him back at the helm of this god awful franchise. Another season, another Beckton injury. This franchise is snake bitten and we all know it.
Miami Dolphins – Another new user playing with is home team. MiiikeMarsh is looking to bring his success in 2K to the gridiron. There’s a saying that "in life, you never lose, as long as you don’t lose the lesson”. We’re not sure how much winning our newest addition to 10YF will be doing this season, but one thing is for certain, there will be a LOT of lessons learned in MIA this year. Godspeed and good fortune, sir!
