Week 6 Saw the Seattle Seahawks come to town to play the Bengals. A pivitol game for the Bengals as they need every win to keep the very narrow lead in the division. Coach Minden and his Seahawks would have internet problems and never able to make the game giving Coach Jfon and his Bengals the free pass and free win. The Cpu genernerated a 34-31 outcome with Burrow leading an effecient offense with no turnovers and 3 touchdowns. The win moves the Bengals to 5-1 just a half game ahead of the Steelers.

Week 5 saw the Bengals hit the road for a trip west to battle the undeated Kansas City Chiefs. Both teams entered the game red hot both being undfeated. The game would become a story of missed opportunities as the Bengals squandered 2 redzone trips in the first half coming away with no points, once missing a FG the other getting stuffed on a 4th and goal from the 2. The Bengals defense would keep them in the game but the Chiefs defense played even better. Holding Mixon to a season low 48 yards while picking off Burrows 2 times in what become a low scoring affair. The Chiefs would clamp down even more in the 2nd half and came away with the 19-8 vicory to remain undefeated while the Bengals suffer their first loss of the season and drop to 4-1

Week 4 saw a big AFC North battle as the Pittsburgh Steelers at 3-0 came to town to battle the also undefeated Bengals.Despite a solid defensive gameplan by the Steelers vs Mixon the Bengals were still able to move the ball. Burrow found a groove and finished with 300 yards through the air. The Bengals roared out to an early lead and looked to be in control, but Pittsburgh hung tough and fough its way back with some big plays of their own including an 84 yard bomb to Darius Slayton. With the game tied 24-24 Burrow threw an ill advised pass that was picked off and looked to be taken back to the house giving the Steelers their first lead of the game. But Burrow hustled and made a hit on the showboating defender right at the 1 yard line forcing the ball out resulting in a touchback, giving it right back to the Bengals. That play would prove pivital and the Bengals would never look back going on to the 45-27 win, giving the Bengals sole possession of 1st place ihe division.

The Tiger Den

Week 3 of the MOF season saw the Bengals on the road for the 2nd straight week. This time it was the short trip to Cleveland to play their division rival the Browns. Coach Witness and the Browns have owned the Bengals this madden edition winning their last 5 in a row over them. This one looked to continue to that dominance early on as Cleveland hit a deep post on the opening play from scrimmage to go up 7-0 just 10 seconds into the game. Burrow would struggle early on yet again throwing an INT and really looking to dig the Bengals a hole. But the Bengals hung tough especially on defense and would not allow another TD the rest of the game only allowing 3 FGs from the Browns. Mixon finally got some traction agaist one of the best defenses in the league and got the offense moving. When it mattered most late in the 4th the Bengals put together a masterful drive with Mixon capping it off with a 5 yard td plunge giving  them their first lead of the game. The Browns had 1 more chance with just over a minute left down a point, but Carr was picked off by Lavonte David to seal the win for the Bengals who move to 3-0 on the season.

Game Notes
RB Joe Mixon went down late in the 1st qtr with a lower leg injury that had every Bengal fan and Coach Jfon lose their stomach. Mixon would only miss 2 drives though before getting re-taped and return to the game.

Tiger Claws:

Joe Mixons would finish the game with 130 yards and both Bengal Tds, although a little off his early yards per game average it was still a great effort vs one of the Best defenses in the MOF

Auden Tate the converted TE has really come on the last 2 games. getting 2 receptions in the game bringing his total to 7 on the season. But the key 5 of the 7 receptions are on 3rd down and lead to a first down. Tate is really becoming a key guy for Burrow on 3rd downs.

Mike Evans quietly is starting to come on, adding 4 receptions in the game bringing his total to 10 which now leads the team. . Every week Mike is getting better and more comfortable in the offense and were firguring out how exactly we can use him best here. Coach Jfon was quoted.

Looking Ahead:

Week 4 brings the Bengals home after the 2 game road trip to host another division rival the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Jungle. Coach DD and the Steelers are red hot coming in undefeated at 3-0 as well. The Bengals have dominated the matchups this madden edition winning all 6 games played so far this cycle.

And build on it did he having a monster game and leading the Bengal defense getting 3 of the defense's 5 Ints. Marsh was also a force in the run game coming down for 6 tackles 3 for a loss.
