First off before we get into the game, Hats off to them boys coming from Carliona, great organization and a lot of great things coming from them. A lot of outsiders would say that it was some "Bad Blood" between the two owners, never was bad blood just a couple disagreements. He run Carliona a certain way and we run NY a certain way, just didn't see eye to eye on a couple things but never was bad blood and we wish them the best of luck for next season. Now let's get into the game
I tell my team all the time to not worry about stats or the "Pick em", usually we don't pay attention to it but this week it was flooding social media, with each person eligible to vote, voted for NY to win. The players felt by winning the pick em that would cause them to win without having to perform. Practice became lazy, unorganized, and also unorganized from the veterans on the team. Coaches usually don't come to practice because we believe the team should be player led, but we all had to intervene this week and that resulted in a lot of running. Something that could either benefit us or destroy us.
Playing in NY for playoffs, the weather can play a big factor on the game, for this particular game the weather caused NY players to take a -8 speed reduction, yes you read it right,NEGATIVE 8, making our fastest player a 88 speed and our best player Sequan a 84 speed, this would make the playcalling on both sides of the ball that more important. Carliona wouldn't take a huge speed reduction.
This game was back and forth for a while, every play mattered, and I'm pretty sure this was the first time this seaosn a game was 0-0 after the 1st quarter. Both teams turning the ball over in the red zone, NY interception, Carliona Fumble. 2nd Q NY had to find a way to get the ball to Toney, quick game quick quick game was the only way we could move the ball. Toney delivered a huge whip route that would result in a touchdown. Defense was never a issue for us, offense would be the make or break for this game and getting Barkley involved.
Fast forwarding, After actually getting points on the board, Carliona would basically force the ball to Christian in triple coverage and resulting in a pick 6, this last TD would give NY a 13 point lead with 1 min left, still having hope Carolina would call a couple time outs, probably to take some group pictures, give fans some hugs and what not. All and all great playoff game to start the road to success
Hours before the game even started the Giants would be hit with devastating news, Sequan would not be able to play vs Bucs do to Covid, he was tested several times doing the week and all test would come back negative, the final test before getting on the plane to go to Tampa bay, this one would come back Postitive, crazy right? That's the first red flag
2nd flag, the Giants would have to spot the Buccaneers 13 points when the game start due to a lost bet between the owners. Also giving bucs a COMPLETELY FULL momentum bar. Two major problems Giants would have to overcome to compete in this game.
Coming into this game Giants knew, as bad as it sound we would have to make Brady throw the ball, we can not lose in the run game, Brady having 29 interceptions on the season we knew bad decisions would come and it's up to us to take advantage of them. Control the box and make the Wrs beat us, was preached every day this week. (Brady threw 3 interceptions)
We also would have to establish a run game so our Wrs can get work, losing Barkley last minute really put us back, but we had one person that we knew would come and get the job done, we don't know if he will be around long term but we know whenever we need him he would be ready to go. Mark Ingram literally was called 2 hours before the game and he made a way to get to Tampa bay, very high Football IQ, but we kept it simple for him, a lot of inside zone and just let him go to work down hill. 11 rushes and a huge touchdown to help Giants clinch a win. We will see how his role goes when Barkley returns.

So far this season, Giants have been rolling on all cylinders, run game, pass game, defense all been playing great. 4 games this season have been Games of the week and Giants come out 2-2 with losing another game of the week to the Track demons over in Kansas City with Mecole and Tyreek bringing in over 150 yards each.
Last week game of the week vs panthers was more of a cry fest then a football game, panthers DIDNT come to play, don't know if the coach was handing out onions to the players to make them cry or was the ass whooping just to much to handle, but further more a lot of crying and complaining was going on from Carolina. (Wouldn't want to be on that plane on the way back home)
Giants would control the clock for 3 and a half quarters until throwing a pick 6 to give chiefs all of the momentum, fast forward to the end of the game, Giants still have a chance to go home with the victory, leaving 13 seconds on the clock, 13 seconds you would think that's not enough time but oh that's maybe to much time for The chiefs. 8 seconds later after one deep corner and another corner route, field goal team comes out. OVERTIME and CHIEFS WIN COIN TOSS, thats all she wrote
700 yards of offense, you would think it's enough, not for the chiefs. Was a great game and looking forward to meeting them again.

They never wanted me, they was never a team for me, with the lies and false promises, I don't consider them a team. I was told I would be able to get back into form from my younger years, I felt like I was more ready now, but days went by, games went by, and I fell out of communication with every one and basically become a veteran voice for the younger guys. First off, hats off to the Dallas Cowboys, great organization with a great coach.
Coming into the game we thought it was going to be a blow out, 55-0 type shit but Cowboys showed up to play, well Elliot did with 35 carries and a good 100+ on the ground, completely killing the defense. Before this game the back ups never had to play so early, but this game literally every one played, after each physical run a new defender had to come on the field to sub.
Back and forth game the whole game, until the run defense would finally make some big stops late in the game and make Dak beat them with his arm, 4 interceptions later and a pick 6 the Giants would take a lead and depend on Daniel Jones to finish the game, with a 60 yard bomb to Desean Jackson with Diggs no where to be found, basically the whole game the Giants would extend the lead and complete the road trip mission.
After the game Desean Jackson was asked how did he feel about going against his old team LA Rams next week.

Giants took on a good opponent in the Denver Broncos, well Giants thought he was a good user until he would come out usering his DLine the ENTIRE game, really showing how bad of a user he really is, a very desperate tactic users use when they are nervous and scared, the constant instant sheds and constant pass rush still wasn't enough to stop the Fire power of the Giants WR core led by D Jackson with over 100 yards receiving.
The speed of the defense also played a factor as that they was every where causing problems and putting luck in difficult situations. Big challenge this week as we take on the WFT and the monsters they have on the DLine, should be a great game, one for the books.
Tough match up with Seattle going against The Saints, especially since they have the "Best Wr" in football, amazin numbers Schwartz has putting up against teams that don't play defense. Seattle gave Adoree Jackson the responsibility of following the best wideout in football, no matter the slot, outside, even if he go to the rest room, Adoree was to follow him. Schwartz put on an amazing showcase of why he is the best in the league with 2 catches and 27 yards. Remarkable numbers right?
On another note Seattle was heavy play action, taking advantage of the Saints bad user skills at the safety position. Resulting in 2 bombs, one to veteran John Brown and one to Phillip Dorsett. The wrs stepped up big time without the presence of DK Metcalf, Late draft pick Tutu Atwell had 5 catches for 96 yards, Phillip Dorsett had 99 yards with 3 catches and veteran John brown had 1 catch for 70 yards, Bombs over bombs. Russ was very "Russ" like in the game, stepping up big time to make some throws, Dk told his group he might not rush to come back if they continue to play like that.
Yea we won the NFC, yea we ranked #1 in defense rush yards, points per game and yards per game, yea our offense top 3 points per game, yea we top 10 rushing yards per game, but NONE OF THAT STUFF MATTERS if we don't finish the goal for this season, Odds been against us even before the season started, before our first round draft pick even took one snap he was already hated on, Boosie once said "you know why they hate me, cuz they love me". "Why would you Trade your best chip Bobby Wagner for another running back", was said in the league but our 2 running backs just rushed for 1000 yards each, actually giving Seattle a running game.
On another note the post season just got a little tougher loosing The best WR in football due to 49ers being "shit faced", some may call it an excuse, some may call it fear but it resulted in DK being out 5 weeks, ultimately who really won, Seattle got the W but the cost wasnt worth it, the timeline would have him back by the Super Bowl. Next man up, Tutu Atwell, Phillip Dorsett and John Brown have to step up and make these big plays that they are capable of doing. Dk will be watching and helping the offense get ready for this long post season
You know some things are just understood, some players don't have to have amazing numbers to be the best it's just "understood" if that makes sense. Aaron Donald don't have to have 30 sacks for people to respect him, Derrick Henry don't have to rush for 3000 yards for people to know he is the best. In this case Dk doesn't have to have 4000 yards for people to know he is the best in the game. Dk knows he is the best just for the fact he can run ever route in the tree unlike other Wide outs in the league, A lot of the "top wrs" rely on one route and horrible defense to be good, that's why you see these unbelievable numbers from them. The right defense will eleiminate them crazy numbers. Dk wanted to let every one know just because he hasn't been getting these UNBELIEVABLE numbers doesn't mean he isn't the best, this past game he had an showing of 7 catches 192 yards and 4 touchdowns, letting people know if he wants to he can lead in every catorgory, but that's not his game. An real ALL AROUND WIDE RECIEVER, slants, double coverage, TRIPLE COVERAGE, screens, hitches, comebacks, diggs, outs, post, corners, you name it. You see what route I didn't name? ITS UNDERSTOOD
Seahawks go into the bye week 3-0 with dominating performances week 1-3, 55-6 over Rams, 41-6 over Texans and a big offensive game 63-30 over Bears. Nothing but respect for them organizations, this team is just a different team, a different vision and a different mindset, last year it was a couple bad apples on the team that brought down a lot of players but this year all of the bad apples have been removed and every thing has changed, Seahawks take pride in the ground game this year, currently average top 5 rushing yards, the passing game will always be there but focusing more on running is making an big difference in games. The 2 headed monster Seahawks have in the back field is amazing, sending the best chip away for basically another running back AFTER trading for an running back was looked at as very "Stupid" to do but you know the outsiders just mad that they didn't pull the trigger on Hubbard and so far it's looking that the first round was well spent. The defense, all I can say is OMG, they are playing with ZERO regrets and leaving it all on the field, currently number 1 in points allowed a game at 14 and also yards per game at 274.3 and number 2 in passing yards per game at 190.3 and 84 rush yards per game. Just week 4 but these all remarkable stats for the start of the season. An old Mentor told Seahawks to always remember to "Finish your lunch"?????
Fred Taylor- Maurice Jones Drew, Brandon Jacobs- Derrick Ward, Walter Payton- Roland Harper, DeAngelo Williams- Jonathan Stewart, LaDainian Tomlinson- Darren Sproles, Ricky Williams- Ronnie Brown, and the list goes on and on. These Rb duos all played apart of there team winning games. The Seahawks might have something great cooking up in Seattle with this duo of Melvin Gordon and Chuba Hubbard, an Electric playmaker from Oklahoma that they basically traded the best Linebacker away for, a lot of criticism came with the trade, but you know outsiders always got something to say. Seattle aren't affected by the outside world and looking forward to this exciting new year, catch Seattle in action vs Rams tonight.
Tutu Atwell- one of them players that can hurt you in so many ways, rather have him then get hurt by him, Some said he was one of the top Wrs in the draft and he shouldn't have fell so low, Seattle front office took into consideration the playmaking ability TuTu has. He will be counted on to go against slot corners and safetys and can be a match up night mare if Russ can get time to find him. The Wr core in Seattle just added an huge weapon to be an #3/4, splitting reps with Phillip Dorsett and new addition John brown. If Tutu can separate his self and not just be an speedster and become an route runner, it can be very dangerous in Seattle. "Just get him the ball"!!
