A+ 99, 98, 97, 96. | A 95, 94, 93. | A- 92, 91, 90.
B+ 89, 88, 87, 86. | B 85, 84, 83. | B- 82, 81, 80.
C+ 79, 78, 77, 76. | C 75, 74, 73. | C- 72, 71, 70.
D 69, 68, 67, 66 (possibly lower)
STRENGTH is based on the bench press reps.
41-reps = 95 | 40-reps = 94 | 39-reps = 93 | 38-reps = 92
37-reps = 91 | 36-reps = 90 | 35-reps = 89 | 34-reps = 88
33-reps = 87 | 32-reps = 86 | 31-reps = 85 | 30-reps = 84
29-reps = 83 | 28-reps = 82
Any reps under 28 go down in descending order but can have two or more results, eg 23reps = 76/75 strength.
