Oprah Moment And Ravens

By Schrute Post

The Baltimore Ravens had their Oprah moment during practice this past week. “I love family reunions” MLB Nielsen said. The first pick of season 82 HB Curtis Muhammad was talking with the first pick of season 81 WR Fisher Golden about the struggles and hard work before make it to the NFL.

During the conversation they started talking about family. Fisher Golden told Muhammad he had a brother but he got lost at Disney World and family couldn’t find him. Muhammad started shaking and said “Brother…?” while Fisher responded with “Mercury…?” They started to hug and cry. Apparently Mercury Golden (he change his name after practice) is Fisher Golden brother, but they got separate at Disney World. Mercury Golden was adopted by another family.

We don’t know if this is true or not… We don’t know if name changing can be that easy. To be honest we are not sure if this story is 100% credible. The important thing is that Ravens are 3-0. Also Doug Baldwin is on the trade block.

Rating Young Ravens In Season 81

Our Rookies had an amazing 1st season. Ravens owner Maicky Miguel put a lot of trust on those rookies. Let’s see how well they played during the season.

WR – Fisher Golden = Ravens 1st pick was Mr. Golden. Very fast and agile. He’s will be nominated for Rookie of the year for sure. He got 71 Rec, 1572 yards and 10 TD in just 13 games. He has been injured twice this season. In which Ravens fans are a little worried. Can he be healthy next season? We hope so, but we are 100% sure that the Golden Era will be starting soon.

Rating  A+

C – Mike McGee = McGee have been awesome. He only permitted 3 sacks in 16 games. He protect Lamar like a veteran. We are pretty happy with him. He was a LT, but coach Scarn decided to give him the C position and move Ryan Kelly to LT. He still made some mistake that cost some turnovers.

Rating  B+

WR – Kenny Gardner = He didn’t played that much as a WRS. Ravens utilize Gardner in punts and kicking return in which he did a good job. More than 1,000 in special team yards. We know he can develop into something better.

Rating  C+

TE – Jimmy Hanks = Ravens didn’t play that much the rookie TE. He only had 2 rec and 18 yds. He helped a lot in those 3 TE formations. That’s about it. Maybe next season we see more things from him.

Rating C-

CB – Marvin Street = Our Rookie CB didn’t play in the first half of the season. After we heard Jimmy Smith wouldn’t resign for Ravens, they decided to give him an opportunity. He did an amazing job against the best Wrs of the league. He got 2 int and 9 Defl. Only allowed 3 cth. Yes, he made a couple of rookies mistakes but Ravens believe in him. He have a bright future.

Rating B

FS – Cesar Slade = “Cesar Salad” like Marvin Street didn’t play the first half. Ravens decided to give Hilton a rest during Bills game and give Cesar the starting spot. During that game he got 5 Tck, 1 Int and 1 Defl. Ravens were so happy about him, they decided to give him more minutes during the next games. He finished with 17 Tck, 2 Int, 6 Defl in just 5 games. Big things for the “Cesar Salad” man.

Same Season Record, But Still Happy?

By Schrute Post

Season 81 is a wrap and the Baltimore Ravens finished with a 6-10 record. Fans have mixed emotions. “I mean we have same record from last season, but we won against playoff teams a couple times… Let’s Go Ravens” Drunk fan said. Ravens played a good season even with 10 losses. They lost against Patriots by 3 point in a weird late penalty call. “Referees sucks” Another drunk fan said. They lost 2 times in OT. It hurts to lose, but you learn in failing moments. We ran the ball much better, finishing 3rd place in the whole OMFL. Our offense played much better! Defense was strong as usual. Season 82 should be a better one. “We are going to continue to grow, we will more dangerous”

Rookies Will Play In Week 8

Ravens will give Rookies an opportunity to play a little bit more time in week 8. “We are playing good defense, not great but still good. We know some guys from the defense deparmente are leaving us. With that said we need to prepare and see what rookies can do. They will get an opportunity to prove themselves” Coach Michael Scarn said. CB Marvin Street will get the start, while the veteran Jimmy Smith will sit. Cesar Slade (Caesar Salad), will finally get playing time for the first time. Joey Chavez will get playing time also for the first time. We are really looking forward to see the young Ravens in the field for the first time.

Ravens vs Dolphins, Wednesday at 9:00 pm Est. Tune in!

Should Ravens Worry About Their 1-3 Record?

Ravens start with a 1-3 record in season 81. They lost the first game, won against Bengals and then they lost the next two. Those 2 loses have been in very competitive games. They lost 24-20 against Rams, and 24-27 against Patriots. Should they worry about their 1-3 record? “Oh hell naw” Said Uptown Mike (GFW Wrestler).

We know Ravens has lost 3 games and are in the last place. But it had been really good offensive and defensive games. They just need to close those games. The combo of Lamar and Golden have been amazing. Golden have 30 reception, 731 yards and 4 TD in just 4 games, while Lamar Jackson 44-77 att with 949 yards and 4 TD. Lamar is 13th place with 946 yards in just 44 completions, while the other 12 positions have complete more than 55 passes to be on top of Lamar.

Alex Collins have been also unstoppable, with 314 yards and 4 td. Last game he only got 14 yards, but bad games happen. He already is half way to have more yards and TDs than last year. Does he earned a big contract for next year? We will see.

With all that said, that’s why we don’t have to worry about their record. We trust our guys and the management. Doug Baldwin is on the trade block btw, no cap penalty, star development, 90Ovr and 2 years left. Thank you and you welcome.

Meet The Young Ravens From OMFL Season 81 Draft

Damas Y Caballeros (Ladies and Gentlemen) We present to you, the new Baltimore Ravens from the draft 81 of the OMFL

  1. WR Fisher Golden - Fast, agile, young and with a bright future ahead. Golden was the first pick of the Baltimore Ravens. He wasn't the ideal first round pick for the Ravens, but we have to trust our CPU coach (Coach P. Uptown) that he knows why he choose Golden.
  2. OL Mike Mcgee -  We know why CPU coach choose this guy. His first name is Mike, and we know that Mike's are the best ones in the world. Uptown Mike from GFW, our owner Maicky (Mike in English) So that's a no brainier. We know he's starting not for his attributes, is because his name and we don't care!
  3. TE Jimmy Hanks - Now we are not sure why we draft this guy. Maybe he's going to develop into something amazing. Again, we have to trust our CPU coach (Coach P. Uptown)
  4. DL Joey Chavez - Nice addition to our great defensive wall! We know Brandon William is not getting younger, so we are cool with this pick. He can be a great backup for Michael Pierce or Future DT starter Willie Henry.
  5. FS Cesar Slade - "Caesar Salad" his new nickname that Ravens veterans give the rook as soon he hit the practice field. This guy can develop into something interesting. Overall he's already a good backup.
  6. WR Kenny Gardner - Why another WR? We don't know. But something is different with this guy, even knowing he's not going to get the ball that much, he's already quick development. We keep an eye on him.
  7. CB Marvin Street -  Great speed, great zone coverage. He will need to prove himself with CBs like Humphrey, Smith, Carr and Hilton. We now he can become a great backup for the team.
  8. HB Lakarius Massie - Lol and ew. We hope he reads this and try to prove himself, because right now we laughing at him.

Ravens Ready To Smash Some Foot BALLS In Season 81

Season 81 is upon us, and the Baltimore Ravens are ready for it. ” We didn’t do a good job during the draft, but we know the guys we pick will help us. We believe in our young Ravens” Coach Michael Scarn said. We signed from free agency LE Dante Fowler Jr, we hope he plays well in a Ravens uniform they payed him a lot to be there.

Lamar Jackson now have some new faces to throw the ball to. The rookie Fisher Golden and Curtis Samuel. They are really fast and will help Lamar to get rid of the football more quickly. In general is going to be an interesting season 81. We still are not a playoff team, but in our coach eyes they can make a lot of sound during the season.

"Look At Me! I'm The Captain Now"

Season 80 is over for Baltimore Ravens. They finished with a record of 6-10, but we will talk about that in other moment. Let's talk about Lamar Jackson, who finally is the captain of the team. We know he's still a rookie, but coming season 81 he would be ready to take the team as a leader. Flacco has been his mentor since game one, and now he's ready to let Lamar Jackson do his own thing. "Look at me! I'm the captain now" Lamar Jackson said to his team in a humorous way.

Lamar Jackson ended season 80 with a positive note in his last game against the Cleveland Browns. Jackson threw 2 td and 1 int with 172 yards in a game in which Baltimore was playing for pride. Season 81 should be a good one for the Ravens and Lamar.

Ravens Will Play Hard For Fans In Week 17

By Schrute Post

We are in week 17 of season 80 of the OMFL. Ravens are out of playoffs, but the owner is extremely happy with how things went for season 80 and is looking forward for season 81. Ravens are 5-10 with 1 game left. “We are going to give some guys an opportunity to play this last game, but we hope they play hard like a playoff game and for the fans” Coach Michael Scarn said. We moving Tavon Young to SS and sitting down Tony Jefferson, in which Ravens fans are very mad with him for not trying in his last game. Jefferson didn't care about that game at all.

Ravens will host the Cleveland Browns in a rivalry game. Ravens vs Browns tomorrow at 11:00pm est.

Ravens Ranks 31 In Passing Yards

By Schrute Post

The Baltimore Ravens are 31 in passing yards in the OMFL. This is something to worry about? Maybe, but we said it in the beginning of the season. Lamar Jackson is capable of great things, but it will take time to improve. Lamar Jackson has thrown 200+ passing yards in just 1 game. He's averaging 156.16 yards per game.

Ravens have been more a successful in the rushing game. They are in the 8th place. Weird thing is that the owner of the Ravens, Maicky Miguel had always loved the passing game, but during season 80 that game plan has change. The important thing is to keep pushing, stay positive and good things will come for the Ravens.

Ravens After Bye Week

By Schrute Post

Ravens are not looking good after bye week. Already 3 straight losses. “We have fought strong teams. Right now those teams are in playoff and we are fighting to be at least in the wild card” Coach Scarn said. No excuses for Ravens losing streak. Ravens need to keep pushing harder until last game.

It don’t matter if they don’t get a playoff spot, they need to keep playing Ravens football. All that progress will show coming season 81. Lamar should keep playing. Nielsen on defense should keep playing. It just matter of time.

Ravens Schedule After Bye Week

By Schrute Post

Ravens have a strong schedule ahead after the bye week. "We can beat anybody, we just have to stay focused" Coach Michael Scarn said. Ravens have to play the Bengals, Falcons, Raiders, Chargers in the coming weeks. Ravens need to change the offensive game plan if they want to beat OMFL top teams. Can the Ravens do it? HELL YEAH! Would they do it? I don't know. The only thing we know is that Ravens are dangerous!.

Defense Can Cost You Games Too

By Shcrute Post

Do you guys remember when we blog about Ravens great Defense? Well... This past week Ravens got destroyed by Steelers offense. They couldn't stop the run or passing game. The Ravens gave up a total of 400+ yards. Yes, they had "2 fumbles", but for some reason the referee didn't saw it. Weird stuff happens sometimes, but the Baltimore Ravens must stay focused! Next week they play the Bengals.

Defense Wins You Games

The Baltimore Ravens are top 3 defense in rushing and passing yards at the moment and they are loving it!. " Defense can wins you games" Coach Michael Scarn said. The duo of Nielsen and Mosley have been unstoppable, but Suggs has been making the difference with 26 tackles and 8 sacks and Brandon Williams with 7 sacks.

Judoh, Humphrey and Weddle are with 3 Int each. Ravens are 5-3 and will continue to improve , but can they maintain the rhythm for another 8 games? I know they can!
