I need some help with someone relatively cheap to code the mobile site to be way more useable than it currently looks, and possibly with alignment and creation of banners and backgrounds..

Has anyone figured out how to display all 4 players of the week? This is an unfortunate ommission.

Also, it'd be cool if there were a way to incorporate a tracker for yearly awards,  similar to the power rankings.

You can do it as they finish. I started doing it as I got notifications of complete games. Then I hit it one more time as I'm about to advance. Then do the next current week for good measure. All take a couple seconds.

How often do you guys sync your league info?
As far as I can tell, the scores aren't going to be updated in real time correct?
So when you have a bunch of 0-0 scores in the schedule, do you normally just keep them that way until week advance and then sync again?
