Bills file request to move to London

Established in 1959, the Buffalo Bills are a story of what could have been. 4 straight Super Bowl appearances in the 90s, none of them resulting in a title, but this is a franchise that is well known amongst fans, for good and bad reasons. The Bills mafia is probably the most exciting fan base, well, ever. No tables are safe on game day and someone WILL harm themselves physically in tailgates that will live in our memories forever.

They certainly love their team, so the question has to be asked: Why are they filing for relocation?? "There have been rumblings about a franchise moving to London in professional football for a few years now." said owner/GM Static. "I want to jump at this opportunity. The market in London is absolutely huge and there are many great fans in London that don't have a team to call their own. I think that this is another big step for the league, and a chance to have a clean slate with this franchise. Bills mafia has certainly been loyal to us, but all good things must come to an end."

The Bills do carry a legacy that largely consists of failure, lightly touched on in the beginning of this article. Long playoff droughts and an influx of talent that has never gotten over the top, not even after the fantasy draft in 2017 that landed stars such as Matt Ryan, Ezekiel Elliott, and Stephon Diggs. This would appear to be a power move by new ownership to start anew, and perhaps build a different culture, leaving behind the broken shambles of their past.

The move is pending league approval.
